Abstract
Paket Pembangunan Jalan Planjan - Tepus – Baron STA 8+100 sampai STA 8+375 memiliki trase yang melewati daerah dengan karakteristik topografi berbukit. Hal ini berpotensi menimbulkan galian dalam maupun timbunan tinggi untuk memenuhi kelandaian maksimum yang diizinkan. Kondisi tersebut juga berpotensi menyebabkan keruntuhan lereng meskipun kemiringan lereng 1:1. Selain itu permasalahan keterbatasan dan variasi lebar ruang milik jalan, juga menyebabkan kemiringan lereng apabila tidak diperkuat. Khusus untuk timbunan dengan keterbatasan lahan sesuai perencanaan awal ditangani dengan cantilever wall. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut maka diperlukan kajian perkuatan geotekstil pada lokasi dengan keterbatasan lahan dengan variasi sudut kemiringan lereng yang diperkuat (Reinforced soil slopes) untuk mengetahui sudut kemiringan lereng yang menghasilkan biaya minimum, sesuai kondisi lahan yang tersedia. Selain itu akan ditinjau juga perbandingan biaya antara lereng yang diperkuat (Reinforced soil slopes), perkuatan MSEW (Mechanically Stabilized Earth Wall) untuk perkuatan dinding tegak pengganti cantilever wall, serta perkuatan eksisting (cantilever wall), untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaannya apabila digunakan sebagai alternatif perkuatan pada kondisi lahan/lebar rumija yang terbatas. Dari hasil kajian diketahui bahwa pada STA 8+100 dan STA 8+125 biaya minimum dihasilkan dari sudut kemiringan lereng 65°, STA 8+275 dan STA 8+300 biaya minimum dihasilkan dari sudut kemiringan lereng 70°. Sedangkan STA 8+300, biaya minimum dihasilkan dari sudut kemiringan lereng 45°. Perbandingan biaya lereng diperkuat geotekstile dengan variasi sudut, Cantilever Wall, dan MSE wall diketahui bahwa untuk STA 8+100 dan STA 8+325 biaya terendah adalah dengan menggunakan perkuatan MSE wall. Sedangkan pada STA 8+125, 8+275 dan 8+300 biaya terendah dihasilkan dari lereng diperkuat geotekstile.

The Planjan - Tepus - Baron Road Construction STA 8+100 to STA 8+375 passes through an area with hilly topography characteristics. It potentially requires deep excavation or high embankments to meet the maximum allowable grade. Those conditions could potentially cause slope failure even though the gradient is 1:1. In addition, insufficient and vary space of right-of-way for cut or fill will steepen slopes that also affects the slope stability. Embankments with insufficient space according to the initial design are reinforced by cantilever walls. Based on these things, it is necessary to study geotextile reinforcement in locations with insufficient and vary space, by variating the slopes to determine the slope angle that produces minimum costs, according to available spaces conditions. In addition, the cost comparison between reinforced soil slopes, MSEW (Mechanically Stabilized Earth Wall) as cantilever wall substitution, as well as existing cantilever walls will also be reviewed, to find out the difference in cost when used as an alternative on insufficient and vary space conditions. From the results of the study, it is known that in STA 8+100 and STA 8+125 the minimum cost is generated from the slope angle of 65°, STA 8+275 and STA 8+300 the minimum cost is generated from the slope angle of 70°. While for STA 8+300, the minimum cost is generated from the slope angle of 45°. Comparison of the cost of geotextile reinforced slopes with variations in angle, Cantilever Wall, and MSE wall, it is known that for STA 8+100 and STA 8+325 the lowest cost is to use MSE wall reinforcement. Meanwhile, at STA 8+125, 8+275 and 8+300 the lowest cost is generated from geotextile reinforced slopes.
