Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang meningkat di Tasikmalaya diikuti dengan meningkatnya mobilitas atau perjalanan manusia, barang dan jasa membuat kebutuhan akan kendaraan bertambah sehingga membuat kapasitas jalan juga meningkat. Tasikmalaya merupakan salah satu kabupaten di provinsi Jawa Barat dengan luas wilayah 2.708,81 km2. Secara topografi Tasikmalaya berada di 0-2500 mdpl. Jalan Gedebage-Tasikmalaya merupakan jalan arteri yang menghubungkan kabupaten Gedebage-Garut-Tasikmalaya dimana sering terjadi kemacetan akibat banyaknya volume kendaraan yang melewati jalan. Jalan tol Gedebage-Tasikmalaya merupakan program dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah kemacetan tersebut. Jalan tol merupakan jalan umum yang kepada para pemakainya dikenakan kewajiban membayar tol. Menurut UU 38 tahun 2004 tol adalah sejumlah uang tertentu yang dibayarkan untuk pemakai Jalan Tol. Panjang Tol Gedebage – Tasikmalaya 95,52 km yang terdiri dari 2 seksi, yaitu seksi I menghubungkan Gedebage-Garut Utara sepanjang 45,20 km, seksi II menghubungkan Garut Utara-Tasikmalaya sepanjang 50,32 km.
Pada proposal tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perencanaan geometrik jalan tol Gedebage-Cilacap seksi II yang meliputi perencanaan Trase, alinemen vertikal dan horizontal, perhitungan volume dan galian timbunan, perhitungan tebal perkerasaan,perhitungan saluran drainase, perencanaan rambu dan marka, serta perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya. Pada perencanaan digunakan beberapa peraturan antara lain, perencanaan geometrik mengacu pada peraturan Direktorat Bina Marga tahun 2020. Pada perencanaan tebal perkerasaan jalan tol mengacu pada Manual Desaian Perkerasaan Jalan 2017. Perencanaan drainase mengacu pada peraturan Tata Cara Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan jalan SNI 03-3424-1994.
Hal yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisis dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan adalah perencanaan geometrik jalan menggunakan tipe 4/2 D dengan lebar lajur 7 m (3,5 x 2) sepanjang 40,304 km. pada perencanaan alinyemen horizontal didapatkan 12 PI dengan jenis tikungan spiral-circle-spiral (SCS). Sedangkan pada alinyemen vertikal didapatkan 21 PVI ( 11 lengkung cembung dan 10 lengkung cekung), tipikal dimensi drainase B = 1.8 m dan H = 3 m, volume galian 3.007.827 m3, volume timbunan 3.082.730 m3, tebal pelat beton 305 mm, tebal lapis Lean Mean Concrete (LMC) 100 mm, tebal lapis drainase 150 mm, stabilitas semen 300 mm, sambungan batang pengikat berdiameter 16 mm, sambungan susut melintang dengan diameter ruji 36 mm dengan hasil trip assigment dengan metode deversion curve didapatkan perpindahan ke jalan rencana sebesar 50% dan total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) sebesar Rp. 2.793.023.227.052,87

Increased economic growth in Tasikmalaya followed by increased mobility or human travel, goods, and services make the need for vehicles increase to make road capacity also increase. Tasikmalaya is one of the districts in West Java province with an area of 2,708.81 km2. Topographically Tasikmalaya is at 0-2500 meters above sea level. Gedebage-Tasikmalaya Road is an arterial road that connects the Gedebage-Garut-Tasikmalaya district where there is often congestion due to the large volume of vehicles passing through the road. The Gedebage-Tasikmalaya toll road is a program from the government to overcome the problem of congestion. A toll road is a public road that the wearers are subject to the obligation to pay tolls. According to Law 38 of 2004 tolls are a certain amount of money paid for toll road users. The length of the Gedebage – Tasikmalaya Toll Road is 95.52 km consisting of 2 sections, namely section I connecting Gedebage-North Garut along 45.20 km, section II connecting North Garut-Tasikmalaya along 50.32 km.
In the final task, the proposal will be carried out geometric planning of the Gedebage-Cilacap toll road section II which includes Trase planning, vertical and horizontal paragraphs, calculation of volume and excavation of piles, calculation of the thickness of the pavement, calculation of drainage channels, planning of signs and signs, and calculation of cost budget plans. In planning used several regulations, among others, geometric planning refers to the regulations of the Directorate of Bina Marga in 2020. The thick planning of toll road pavement refers to the Village Manual of Road Pavement 2017. Drainage planning refers to the regulation of Road Surface Drainage Planning Ordinance SNI 03-3424-1994.
The thing obtained based on the analysis and calculations that have been done is the geometric planning of the road using type 4/2 D with a column width of 7 m (3.5 x 2) along 40,304 km. In the horizontal alinyemen planning obtained 12 PI with spiral-circle-spiral (SCS) type of bend. While in vertical alinyemen obtained 21 PVI (11 convex curves and 10 concave curves), typical drainage dimensions B = 1.8 m and H = 3 m, excavation volume 3,007,827 m3, heap volume 3,082,730 m3, thick concrete plate thickness 305 mm, thick layer Lean Mean Concrete (LMC) 100 mm, thickness drainage layer 150 mm, cement stability 300 mm, binding rod connection with diameter 16 mm, transverse stacking connection with ruji diameter of 36 mm with trip assignment results with deversion curve method obtained a transfer to the planned road by 50% and total Budget Plan Cost (RAB) of Rp. 2,793,023,227,052.87
