Abstract
Dalam proses pembongkaran muatan (unloading) pada kapal tanker terdapat beberapa kendala, salah satu kendalanya adalah putusnya mooring line pada saat proses unloading sedang berlangsung. Hal ini dapat membahayakan keselamatan bagi para awak kapal serta bangunan kapal akibat bertabrakan dengan floating structure lainnya. Faktor tersebut merupakan alasan perlunya dilakukan suatu analisa untuk mengetahui nilai kekuatan struktur pada mooring line, sehingga operabilitas dan keselamatan pada mooring system dapat tetap terjaga. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya suatu kajian risiko kegagalan pada struktur chain line SPM yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode FTA-FMEA, dimana kegagalan struktur chain line pada penelitian ini diakibatkan oleh kelelahan pada beban tegangan dan pengurangan dimensi akibat laju korosi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi ukuran diameter SPM pada saat free floating maupun pada saat kondisi penambatan mempengaruhi nilai kelelahan pada rangkaian mooring line, dimana semakin besar ukuran diameter SPM dan semakin tinggi beban gelombang signifikan pada lingkungan operasional menunjukkan semakin besar nilai nominal stress dan deformation pada setiap kondisi pembebanan dan kondisi lingkungan. Cummulative damage pada struktur chain line tersebut masih memenuhi standar keamanan (design life). Sesuai dengan DNVGL RPG 101, didapatkan risiko terhadap lingkungan akibat putusnya chain line pada SPM masuk dalam zona ALARP, dimana pada zona tersebut angka risiko masih cukup tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukan mitigasi untuk mengurangi angka risiko yang terjadi. langkah mitigasi pada analisa risiko yang seharusnya diambil untuk mereduksi penyebab yang digambarkan oleh analisa tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan inspeksi berkala yang lebih diperketat frekuensinya pada rangkaian mooring line, selain itu perlu diterapkan preventive maintenance yang sebelumnya hanya menerapkan corrective maintenance.

In the process of unloading on tankers there are several obstacles, one of the obstacles is the breaking of the mooring line when the unloading process is in progress. This can endanger the safety of the crew and the ship's building due to colliding with other floating structures. This factor is the reason for the need for an analysis to determine the value of the strength of the structure on the mooring line, so that the operability and safety of the mooring system can be maintained. Therefore, it is necessary to study the risk of failure in the SPM chain line structure using the FTA-FMEA method, where the failure of the chain line structure in this study was caused by fatigue under stress loads and dimensional reduction due to corrosion rate. The results showed that the variation in the diameter of the SPM during free floating and during mooring conditions affected the fatigue value in the mooring line series, where the larger the diameter of the SPM and the higher the significant wave load in the operational environment, the greater the nominal stress and deformation values in each condition loading and environmental conditions. The cumulative damage to the chain line structure still meets safety standards (design life). In accordance with DNVGL RPG 101, the risk to the environment due to the breaking of the chain line in the SPM is included in the ALARP zone, where in that zone the risk rate is still high enough so that mitigation needs to be done to reduce the risk that occurs. Mitigation steps in the risk analysis that should be taken to reduce the causes described by the analysis are to implement periodic inspections that are more stringent in frequency on the mooring line series, besides that it is necessary to apply preventive maintenance which previously only applied corrective maintenance.
