Abstract

PT PLN merupakan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang berjalan pada sektor kelistrikan Indonesia. Perusahaan ini melakukan pengalihan beberapa kegiatan yang ada di dalam perusahaan kepada pihak penyedia luar. Terdapat total kegiatan PT PLN yang dapat di alih dayakan kepada pihak penyedia luar adalah sebanyak 72 kegiatan. Namun saat ini perusahaan telah menerapkan strategi outsourcing hanya untuk 27 kegiatan. Sehingga akan dibutuhkan analisis terkait efek penerapan strategi outsourcing terhadap performansi kinerja PT PLN. Hasil analisis ini akan menggunakan metode structural equation modelling dengan menggunakan software AMOS 26 dan Microsoft Excel. Pengolahan data akan menggunakan data primer dari website PT PLN berupa laporan keberlanjutan, laporan keuangan dan laporan statistika. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah strategi outsourcing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kegiatan outsourcing PT PLN. Didapatkan hasil bahwa perspektif fokus pelanggan serta keuangan dan pasar paling dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan inti. Sedangkan perspektif kepemimpinan, tata kelola dan tanggung jawab kemasyarakatan dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan non-inti kritis. Kemudian untuk perspektif efektivitas proses dan produk serta fokus tenaga kerja paling dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan non-inti non-kritis.

PT PLN is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) operating in the Indonesian electricity sector. This company carries out several activities within the company to external providers. There are a total of 72 activities of PT PLN that can be outsourced to external providers. However, currently, the company has implemented an outsourcing strategy for only 27 activities. So it will be necessary to analyze the effect of implementing outsourcing strategy on the performance of PT PLN. The results of this analysis will use the structural equation modeling method using AMOS 26 software and Microsoft Excel. Data processing will use primary data from the PT PLN website in the form of reports, financial reports, and statistical reports. The results obtained are the outsourcing strategy has a significant influence on the outsourcing activities of PT PLN. It was found that the customer-focused perspective, as well as finance and markets, were most affected by the core activities. Meanwhile, the leadership, governance, and social responsibility perspectives are influenced by critical non-core activities. Then for the perspective of the effectiveness of processes and products as well as the focus of the workforce which is influenced by non-critical non-core activities.
