Abstract

Awal tahun 2020 Covid-19 mulai menyebar dengan cepat di Indonesia, demi menekan penyebaran Covid-19 ini pemerintah pun membuat kebijakan dengan PSBB. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah tersebut, banyak toko, restoran, dan fasilitas umum lainnya yang tutup. Salah satu yang boleh dibuka adalah supermarket. Melihat peluang tersebut pihak M Bloc Space pun mengambil keputusan untuk membuka M Bloc Market. Karena kesulitan perekonomian saat pandemi ini, M Bloc Market ingin membantu para UMKM dengan cara menjual produk-produk lokal. Sebuah ruang kreatif publik yang sukses mengalihfungsikan gudang bekas PERURI di Jakarta Selatan. M Bloc Market pun digagas untuk mendukung pemasaran berbagai produk-produk jenama lokal yang terkurasi dengan baik dan ketat.
Dengan menerapkan metode perancangan melalui identifikasi permasalahan pada eksisting dan melakukan studi kajian literatur dan pembanding serta melakukan survei dan wawancara. Disusun sebuah rancangan M Bloc Market yang diharapkan sesuai dengan era new normal dan pengunjung yang berbelanja akan mendapatkan pengalaman yang berharga saat berbelanja.
Upaya menambahkan dining area akan mengaktivasi kegiatan pada area market, karena menambah nilai tambah pada M Bloc Market sendiri. Penerapan konsep urban yang juga mendukung menciptakan desain yang sesuai dengan era new normal dapat memenuhi kebutuhan objek pada masa ini. Metode branding dapat dilakukan melalui pengaplikasian desain dan akan mempengaruhi pada emotional buying pengunjung sehingga dapat merasa banggan saat berbelanja di M Bloc Market serta tumbuh rasa cinta terhadap produk-produk lokal. Hasil perancangan M Bloc Market berupa konsep desain dan aplikasinya dalam bentuk render 3D dan animasi.

A public creative space that has successfully converted the former PERURI warehouse in South Jakarta. M Bloc Market was initiated to support the marketing of various local brand products that are well curated and strict.
By applying design methods through problem identification in existing and conducting literature studies and comparisons and conducting surveys and interviews. Compiled a design M Bloc Market that is expected to be in accordance with the new normal era and visitors who shop will get a valuable experience when shopping.
Adding a dining area will activate activities in the market area, because it adds value to the M Bloc Market itself. The application of urban concepts that also supports creating designs that are in accordance with the new normal era. The branding method can be done through the application of designs and will affect the emotional buying of visitors so that they can feel pride when shopping at M Bloc Market and grow their love for local products. The results of M Bloc Market design are in the form of design concepts and their applications in the form of 3D rendering and animation.
