Abstract
Pekerjaan Konstruksi merupakan kegiatan kompleks yang melibatkan tenaga kerja, alat dan bahan dalam jumlah yang besar sehingga memiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Penyusunan SMK3 menggunakan Pedoman Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kerja Peraturan Menteri PU No. 10/PRT/M/2021. Pada proyek akhir ini membahas tentang Perencanaan SMK3 Struktur Atas Pembangunan Tower Cemara Apartement Rusunami Mardhika Tambun Kabupaten Bekasi.
Metode yang cocok digunakan untuk menyusun perencanaan program kerja adalah HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assasment and Risk Control) yang meliputi identifikasi bahaya dan risiko, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko.
Hasil analisa yang diperoleh yaitu identifikasi penyebab kemungkinan bahaya didapatkan 225 risiko yang terbagi dalam 3 sub pekerjaan. Sumber penyebab risiko kecelakaan disebabkan oleh 4 faktor, yaitu faktor proses pekerjaan, faktor tempat kerja (kondisi bangunan, installasi,alat dll), faktor cara bekerja dan faktor lingkungan. Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk perencanaan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp. 172.377.000,00 (Seratus Tujuh Puluh Dua Juta Tiga Ratus Tujuh Puluh Tujuh Ribu Puluh Rupiah).

Construction is a complex activity that involves a large amount of manpower, tools and materials so that there is a risk of work accidents. The preparation of SMK3 uses the Guidelines for the Occupational Safety Management System Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 10/PRT/M/2021. In this final project, it discusses the planning of SMK3 for the upper structure of the Cemara Tower Apartment, Rusunami Mardhika Tambun, Bekasi Regency.
The method that is suitable for planning work programs is HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) which includes identification of hazards and risks, risk assessment and risk control.
The results of the analysis obtained are the identification of possible causes of hazards, 225 risks are obtained which are divided into 3 sub jobs. Sources of accident risk are caused by 4 factors, namely work process factors, workplace factors (building conditions, installations, tools, etc.), working methods and environmental factors. Budget Plan for the planning of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) required is Rp. 172,377,000 (One Hundred Seventy Two Million-Three Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand - Rupiah).
