Abstract

Dalam birokrasi pemerintahan tidak bisa dikatakan berinovasi apabila tidak ada pemanfaatan teknologi. Perbaikan pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan melalui SPBE. SPBE merupakan teknologi informasi yang digunakan oleh pemerintah yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemerintahan dan memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat terhadap pemerintahan. Membangun hubungan dan kepercayaan pada masyarakat adalah hal yang sangat penting bagi instansi publik/lembaga pemerintah. Dengan latar belakang tersebut maka pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Data menggunakan jenis data primer dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner online yang menggunakan fasilitas google form dengan obyek penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat umum yang tahu (aware) akan layanan SPBE dan masyarakat umum pengguna layanan SPBE di Kabupaten Magetan
Dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan beberapa dimensi yang termasuk dalam dimensi kepercayaan pada layanan SPBE, dimensi-dimensi itu adalah dimensi prosedur dan biaya, dimensi waktu, dimensi pelayanan, dimensi sumber daya serta dimensi sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rata-rata kualitas kepercayaan Layanan SPBE sebesar 88.33 dengan standard deviasi sebesar 12.25, maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kepercayaan layanan SPBE khususnya Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan adalah berada pada klasifikasi baik.

The government bureaucracy can not be said to innovate if there is no use of
technology. Improvement of public services can be done through SPBE. SPBE is an
information technology used by the government which is expected to improve
government performance and meet public expectations of the government. Building
relationships and trust in the community is very important for public
agencies/government institutions. With this background, this research uses
quantitative methods using a survey approach. The data uses primary data types by
collecting data through online questionnaires using the google form facility with the
object of this research being the general public who are aware of SPBE services and
the general public who use SPBE services in Magetan Regency.
From the research, it was found that several dimensions were included in the
dimensions of trust in SPBE services, those dimensions were the dimensions of
procedures and costs, the dimensions of time, the dimensions of service, the
dimensions of resources, and the dimensions of facilities and infrastructure.
The results of this study found that the average quality of trust in SPBE services was
88.33 with a standard deviation of 12.25, so this indicates that the quality of trust in
SPBE services, especially the Magetan Regency Government, is in good
classification.
