Abstract

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi aplikasi teknologi QR-Code untuk pengawasan aktivitas perawatan peralatan fasilitas produksi industri galangan kapal. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tidak ada sistem yang terintegrasi secara langsung antar departemen yang mengurus bagian perawatan peralatan. Pembuatan aplikasi dilakukan melalui perancangan sistem, perancangan mock up, dan pengkoding aplikasi. Setelah itu dilakukan uji coba penggunaan aplikasi baik website dan aplikasi android di galangan kapal. Untuk mendapatkan timbal balik dari pengguna, dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan kuesioner oleh praktisi galangan. Teknologi QR-Code dapat mempermudah pengawasan aktivitas perawatan. Sistem aplikasi ini memiliki kelebihan antara lain seluruh riwayat aktivitas perawatan tersimpan di dalam sistem sehingga pihak perawatan tidak perlu lagi melakukan rekap data secara manual dan hasil pelaporan aktivitas perawatan inventaris yang telah tercatat dalam sistem dapat dipantau dengan sistematis. Biaya untuk pembangunan sistem sebesar Rp 47.876.000,- dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 13.359.600,-/bulan.

This final project aims to study the application of QR-Code technology for supervision of maintenance activities for shipbuilding industrial production facilities. The background of this research is that there is no integrated system directly between the departments that take care of the equipment maintenance section. Applications are made through system design, mock up design, and application coding. After that, a trial of the use of applications, both websites and android applications, was carried out at the shipyard. To get feedback from users is done by interviews and questionnaires by shipyard practitioners. QR-Code technology can make it easier to monitor maintenance activities. This application system has advantages, among others, the entire history of maintenance activities is stored in the system so that the maintenance party no longer needs to manually recap data and the results of reporting inventory maintenance activities that have been recorded in the system can be monitored systematically. The cost for the system development is IDR 47,876,000 and the operational cost is IDR 13,359,600/month.
