Abstract

Jumlah orang yang menderita infeksi virus corona atau COVID-19 di Indonesia terus meningkat. Untuk mengurangi kemungkinan penyebaran virus corona yang mudah menular ini, pemerintah Indonesia dan Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menganjurkan masyarakat untuk menjaga jarak aman dengan orang lain melalui physical distancing.
Kota Batu, Jawa Timur sebagai kota wisata memiliki dampak luar biasa dengan kondisi pandemi saat ini, sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19, pemerintah Kota Batu akan memasang CCTV yang mampu melakukan perhitungan jarak antar orang untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap physical distancing di tempat umum dan tempat wisata yang berpotensi besar terjadinya penularan COVID-19. Dalam tesis ini akan melakukan penelitian untuk penentuan prioritas peletakan CCTV monitoring physical distancing pencegahan COVID-19 di Kota Batu dengan metode DEMATEL dan AHP, dalam menentukan prioritas tempat yang akan di pasang CCTV terlebih dahulu. Kriteria yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepadatan penduduk, jumlah kunjungan wisata, jumlah positif COVID-19, jumlah kematian COVID-19, jumlah sembuh COVID-19, jarak dari tempat wisata, jarak dari tempat ibadah dan jarak dari pusat perbelanjaan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam penentuan prioritas peletakan CCTV monitoring physical distancing pencegahan COVID-19 di Kota Batu dengan metode DEMATEL dan AHP adalah faktor pandemi dengan nilai bobot 0.386, dan urutan penempatan titik CCTV sebagai berikut: Alun-alun Kota Batu, Masjid Agung Annur, Jatim Park I, Terminal Batu, Perempatan Lippo, Pasar Besar Batu 2, Pasar Besar Batu 1, Jatim Park II, Pertigaan Dewi Sartika, Museum Angkut, Pasar Wisata Sidomulyo, Pasar Wisata Songgoriti, Masjid Balaikota, Dispenduk Capil, Jatim park III, Pasar Wisata Selecta, Pertigaan Pendem, Taman Rekreasi Selecta, Perempatan Arhanud dan Persimpangan Junrejo.

The number of people suffering from corona virus infection or COVID-19 in Indonesia continues to increase. To reduce the possibility of the spread of the Corona virus, which is easily contagious, the Indonesian government and the World Health Organization (WHO) encourage the public to maintain a safe distance from others through physical distancing.
Batu City, East Java, as a tourist city has a tremendous impact with the current pandemic conditions, as an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, the Batu City government will install CCTV capable of calculating the distance between people to monitor physical distancing in public places. and tourist attractions that have a high potential for COVID-19 transmission. In this thesis, we will conduct research to determine the priority of placing CCTV monitoring physical distancing to prevent COVID-19 in Batu City using the DEMATEL and AHP methods, in determining the priority of the place to be installed CCTV first. The criteria that will be used in this research are population density, number of tourist visits, number of positive COVID-19, number of COVID-19 deaths, number of recovered COVID-19, distance from tourist attractions, distance from places of worship and distance from shopping centers.
The results showed that the most influential factor in determining the priority of placing CCTV monitoring physical distancing for COVID-19 prevention in Batu City with the DEMATEL and AHP methods was the pandemic factor with a weight value of 0.386, and the order of placement of CCTV points as follows: Alun-alun Kota Batu, Masjid Agung Annur, Jatim Park I, Terminal Batu, Perempatan Lippo, Pasar Besar Batu 2, Pasar Besar Batu 1, Jatim Park II, Pertigaan Dewi Sartika, Museum Angkut, Pasar Wisata Sidomulyo, Pasar Wisata Songgoriti, Masjid Balaikota, Dispenduk Capil, Jatim park III, Pasar Wisata Selecta, Pertigaan Pendem, Taman Rekreasi Selecta, Perempatan Arhanud dan Persimpangan Junrejo.
