Abstract
Beton pracetak yang merupakan salah satu konsep penggunaan
standarisasi elemen struktur pada bangunan yang diproduksi diluar lokasi konstuksi kemudian dikirim dari tempat fabrikasi menuju lokasi pemasangan Beton Pracetak ini dapat diterapkan untuk bangunan gedung tinggi atau rendah, karena kualitas dari beton ini dapat terkontrol dari proses pembuatan ditempat khusus (bengkel fabrikasi). Gedung Hotel merupakan gedung bertingkat tinggi yang difungsikan sebagai hunian. Hotel ini dibangun dikabupaten Malang dengan struktur 16 lantai. Saat pelaksanaan gedung ini dibangun
menggunakan metode cor ditempat sehingga memerlukan waktu
pengerjaan yang relative lama. Dari data perencanaan dilakukana preliminary design elemen struktur, kemudian dilakukan permodelan dan perhitungan tulangan berdasarkan hasil output gaya dalam SAP200. Perencanaan struktur
metode pracetak ini menggunakan sambungan kering yaitu las untuk konsol penghubung balok ke kolom dan sambungan dapped end untuk balok induk-balok anak. Dimensi yang diperoleh dari perencanaan untuk pelat 120mm dengan tebal pelat pracetak 70 mm dan overtopping 50 mm. Type dimensi balok induk dibedakan berdasarkan panjang balok dan letak balok
(eksterior & interior) sehingga diperoleh dimensi 500/700, 600/800, 650/850. Sedangkan dimensi balok anak 300/500, 400/600, 450/650.

Precast concrete which is one of the concepts of using standardized structural elements in buildings that are produced outside the construction site and then sent from the fabrication site to the installation location. Precast concrete can be applied to high or low buildings, because the quality of this concrete can be controlled from the manufacturing process in a special place. (fabrication workshop). Hotel building is a high-rise building that functions as a residence. This hotel was built in Malang Regency with a 16-storey structure. When the implementation of this building was built using the cast in place method so that it requires a relatively long working time. From the planning data, preliminary design of structural elements was carried out, then modeling and calculation of reinforcement were carried out based on the results of the force output in SAP200. The structural design of this precast method uses dry joints, namely welding for the console connecting the beam to the column and the dapped end connection for the main-beam beam. Dimensions obtained from the plan for a 120mm plate with a precast plate thickness of 70 mm and 50mm overtopping. Types of main beam dimensions are distinguished based on the length of the beam and the location of the beam (exterior & interior) so that the dimensions are 500/700, 600/800, 650/850. While the dimensions of the children's beams are 300/500, 400/600, 450/650.
