Abstract
Konstruksi di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang pesat tanpa terkecuali kota Surabaya, hal ini ditandai dengan adanya pembangunan infrasrtuktur yang terus menerus dilakukan salah satunya yaitu pembangunan gedung-gedung bertingkat. Teknologi bekisting seiring berjalannya waktu mengalami perkembangan dimana muncul inovasi-inovasi baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja. Salah satunya dari inovasi tersebut adalah digantinya penggunaan metode bekisting konvensional ke metode bekisting aluminium formwork.
Proyek akhir ini akan membahas mengenai perbandingan bekisting aluminium (aluminium formwork) dengan bekisting konvensional terhadap biaya dan waktu pada struktur atas proyek Apartemen Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon Surabaya dimana perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan sumber referensi utama dari Ir. A. Soedrajat s, Analisa (cara modern) Anggaran Biaya Pelaksanaan Penerbit “Nova” Bandung dan referensi tentang alat berat. Pada perhitungan biaya meliputi harga material, upah pekerja, dan harga sewa alat berat dengan menggunakan referensi brosur di internet dan survey harga lapangan di Surabaya.
Hasil analisa perhitungan, didapatkan durasi pada metode bekisting konvensional diselesaikan selama 640 hari dengan biaya Rp20.468.062.257. Kemudian untuk durasi pada metode bekisting aluminium formwork di selesaikan selama 546 hari dengan biaya Rp21.023.167.306. Dengan demikian kedua metode tersebut pada pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon Surabaya memiliki selisih harga sebesar Rp555.105.049 dan selisih waktu selama 94 hari.

Construction in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, without exception the city of Surabaya, this is marked by the continuous development of infrastructure, one of which is the construction of high-rise buildings. The formwork technology has developed over time where new innovations have emerged to improve the quality and quantity of work. One of these innovations is the replacement of the conventional formwork method to the aluminum formwork method.
This final project will discuss the comparison of aluminum formwork (aluminum formwork) with conventional formwork on the cost and time of the superstructure of the Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon Surabaya Apartment project where the calculation of time and implementation costs uses the main reference source from Ir. A. Soedrajat s, Analysis (modern way) Budget Implementation Cost of Publisher "Nova" Bandung and references about heavy equipment. The cost calculation includes material prices, worker wages, and heavy equipment rental prices using brochure references on the internet and field price surveys in Surabaya.
The results of the calculation analysis, obtained the duration of the conventional formwork method is completed for 640 days at a cost of Rp20.468.062.257. Then for the duration of the aluminum formwork method, it was completed for 546 days at a cost of Rp.21.023.167.306. Thus, the two methods in the construction of the Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon Apartment in Surabaya have a price difference of Rp555.105.049 and a time difference of 94 days.
