Abstract
Proyek Akhir terapan ini berfokus pada manajemen konstruksi Proyek Perkuatan Dermaga Terminal Berlian Surabaya. Dengan panjang perkuatan 1.620 Meter dan penambahan lebar Face line 2 Meter. Perkuatan Dermaga Terminal Berlian berfokus untuk menambah kapasitas kapal (Dead Weight Tonnage) yang akan bersandar dan menambah kapasitas Bongkarmuat di Dermaga, maka dari itu perkuatan diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi penambahan produktifitas dermaga, dan menambah batas umur layan struktur dermaga. x Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek akhir ini menggunakan cara konvensional dengan dari berbagai referensi. Untuk perhitungan biaya mengunakan harga di lapangan yang sudah di survey. Untuk perhitungan waktu menggunakan metode pelaksanaan yang sudah disepakati kontraktor pelaksana. Untuk penjadwalan tiap item pekerjaan digunakan kurva S dan program bantu Microsoft Project. Untuk hasil analisa durasi dan produktivitas tiap pekerjaan dapat dilakukan dengan membuat Network Planning dan Kurva S. Adapun alat bantu yang digunakan dalam menyusun penjadwalan proyek beserta dengan metode pelaksanaannya dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Project. Dari perencanaan yang telah disusun didapatkan hasil durasi pelaksanaan proyek tersebut adalah 564 hari dengan total biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 335.968.729.394. Sedangkan untuk Rencana Anggaran Biaya sebesar Rp. 350.549.838.415 Kata kunci : Waktu, Biaya Pelaksanaan, Anggaran Biaya Kurva S, Precast, Microsoft Project, Network Planning

This applied final project focuses on construction management of the Surabaya Berlian Terminal Pier Reinforcement Project. With a length of 1,620 meters of reinforcement and an additional 2 meters of face line width. The strengthening of the Berlian Terminal Pier focuses on increasing the capacity of ships (Dead Weight Tonnage) that will dock and increase the loading and unloading capacity at the Pier, therefore strengthening is needed to anticipate the increase in dock productivity, and increase the service life limit of the wharf structure. xii Calculation of costs and time in this final project using conventional methods with various references. For the calculation of costs in the field that has been surveyed. For the calculation of time using the implementation method that has been agreed upon by the implementing contractor. For scheduling each work item, the S curve and Microsoft Project helper program are used. For the results of the analysis of the duration and productivity of each job, it can be done by making a Network Planning and S Curve. The tools used in preparing project scheduling and their implementation methods can be done using the Microsoft Project program. From the planning that has been prepared, the results of the project implementation duration are 564 days with a total implementation cost of Rp. 335.968.729.394.
