Abstract

Gedung baru RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie menggunakan pengujian Static Loading Test (SLT) sebagai sarana untuk pengujian daya dukung fondasi tiang pancang. Dari hasil pengujian, titik pengujian mengalami penurunan sebesar 87,92 mm. Dimana penurunan tersebut melebihi penurunan yang disyaratkan pada ASTM D1143/81. Evaluasi lebih lanjut sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui kapasitas fondasi baik dari segi keamanan terhadap penurunan, serta keamanan terhadap daya dukungnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung kapasitas fondasi terhadap beban struktur gedung RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie, menghitung distribusi penurunan pada setiap titik kolom serta fondasi struktur gedung, dan mendesain dimensi dan penulangan fondasi apabila dibutuhkan pendesainan ulang.
Untuk mendapatkan output dari gaya-gaya pada masing pile dan output gaya pada dasar kolom, penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah program bantu yaitu ETABS. Hasil dari output gaya pada masing pile tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan nilai settlement/load dari hasil pengujian SLT, sehingga akan didapatkan nilai penurunan pada setiap pile-nya. Sedangkan untuk output gaya pada dasar kolom digunakan untuk mengetahui persebaran gaya aksial pile dalam satu kesatuan pilecap atau poer. Kemudian kedua output tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan SNI 8460: 2017 tentang “Persyaratan Perancangan Geoteknik.”
Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis di atas, untuk meninjau penurunan segera (immediate settlement) pada fondasi didapatkan penurunan maksimum sebesar 24,09 mm, sedangkan untuk penurunan jangka panjang (long-term settlement) tidak dianalisis, karena nilai N-SPT sudah termasuk dalam kategori tanah keras. Hasil penurunan segera memenuhi syarat jika bernilai kurang dari 150 mm. Untuk hasil analisis tinjauan dari daya dukungnya, didapatkan enam kelompok tiang yang dinyatakan aman (SF > 2,5). Untuk hasil peninjauan terhadap gaya lateral dinyatakan aman, baik terhadap deformasi lateral maupun terhadap momen of crack.

The new building of RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie uses Static Loading Test (SLT) as a means to test the bearing capacity of pile foundations. From the test results, the test point has settled about 87,92 mm. This value of settlement is more than it required based on ASTM D1143/81. The further evaluation is needed to determine the capacity of the foundation both in terms of safety against settlement, as well as safety against its bearing capacity. The purpose of this study was to calculate the foundation capacity against the structural load of the new building of RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie, calculate the settlement distribution at each point of the column and the foundation of the building structure, and design the dimensions and reinforcement of the foundation if redesign foundation is needed.
To get the output of the forces on each pile and the output of the forces on the bottom of the column, this study uses an auxiliary program, namely ETABS. The results of the force output on each pile will be compared with the settlement/load value from the SLT test results, so that a decrease value will be obtained for each pile. As for the output force at the base of the column, it is used to determine the distribution of the axial pile forces in a single pilecap or poer unit. Then the two outputs will be compared with SNI 8460: 2017 concerning “Geotechnical Design Requirements.”
The results obtained from the analysis above, to review the immediate settlement (immediate settlement) on the foundation obtained a maximum settlement of 12 mm, while for the long-term settlement (long-term settlement) was not analyzed, because the value of N-SPT is included in the category of hard soil. The result of the settlement is immediately eligible if the value is less than 150 mm. For the results of the review analysis of the carrying capacity, it was found that two groups of piles were declared safe (SF > 2.5). For the results of the review of the lateral force is declared safe, both against lateral deformation and the moment of crack.
