Abstract

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi aplikasi teknologi QR code (Quick Response code) untuk pengawasan aktivitas perawatan sistem dan perlengkapan kapal. QR code dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memudahkan pengoperasian perangkat lunak aplikasi pengawasan aktivitas perawatan kapal (electronic Planned Maintenance System / ePMS) pada proses pencarian dan pengenalan sistem dan perlengkapan kapal. Pada aplikasi ePMS, terdapat kelemahan dalam pencarian dan pengenalan inventaris di aplikasi, sehingga perlu diperbaiki dengan menambahkan teknologi QR code. Penambahan ini dilakukan melalui tahap observasi di lapangan, perancangan modul QR code, perancangan mock up, pembuatan koding modul, uji coba modul, analisis dan pembahasan. Setelah mengaplikasikan teknologi QR code, pengoperasian aplikasi ePMS menjadi lebih praktis dan lebih mudah. Pengguna tidak perlu melakukan pencarian dan pengenalan sistem dan perlengkapan kapal untuk melihat rencana perawatan dan riwayat perawatan dengan manual scrolling. Biaya yang timbul akibat penambahan modul QR code ini sebesar Rp120.426.000,00, dimana pencarian dan pengenalan sistem dan perlengkapan kapal untuk melihat rencana perawatan dan riwayat perawatan pada aplikasi ePMS cukup dengan memindai QR code.

This final project aims to study the application of QR code (Quick Responses code) technology for monitoring the maintenance activities of ship system and equipment. QR codes can be used to facilitate the operation of ship surveillance application software (electronic Planned Maintenance System / ePMS) for the process of recognizing and searching for ship systems and equipment. In the ePMS application, there is a weakness in finding and recognizing inventory in the application, so it needs to be fixed by adding QR code technology. The addition of the QR code module to the ePMS application is carried out through field observations, QR code module design, mock up design, application module coding, module testing, analysis and discussion. By applying QR code technology, the operation of the ePMS application becomes more practical and easier. Users do not need to search and identify ship systems and equipment to view maintenance plans and maintenance history with manual scrolling. The costs incurred due to the addition of this QR code module are IDR120,426,000.00, where the process of recognizing and searching for ship systems and equipment to view maintenance plans and maintenance history on the ePMS application is enough by scanning a QR code.
