Abstract

Kondisi persaingan global dari skema rantai pasok memunculkan kesadaran dari pemangku kepentingan untuk mentransformasikan proses dengan keterlibatan teknologi. Struktur rantai pasok yang terdiri dari pabrik, pemasok, pelanggan dan penyedia jasa logistik harus meningkatkan kolaborasi dalam hal pemantauan kinerja. Penyedia jasa logistik perlu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dengan meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan cakupan yang bukan merupakan kompetensi utama dari sisi pabrik pemilik cargo.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan variabel eksternal yang mempengaruhi perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use yang juga akan berdampak secara langsung serta tidak langsung terhadap intention to use dengan pendekatan konsep Technology Acceptance Model atas Sistem Teknologi Control Tower. Control Tower ialah solusi terintegrasi yang menggunakan kehandalan teknologi untuk menghadirkan pemantauan pengiriman end to end melalui dashboard monitoring. Metode Structure Equation Modelling berbasis Partial Least Square adalah teknik berbasis varians yang digunakan dalam menganalisis dampak signifikan yang menggunakan survei atas sejumlah 63 responden dari profesional yang bekerja di sisi penyedia jasa layanan logistik di Indonesia.

Hasil yang diperoleh dengan konsep Technology Acceptance Model berupa variabel aspek kemudahan memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel aspek manfaat, variabel aspek manfaat dan variabel aspek kemudahan memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel niat menggunakan, namun variabel biaya teknologi memberikan pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap variabel niat menggunakan atas analisis penerimaan Sistem Teknologi Control Tower bagi penyedia jasa logistik di Indonesia. Selain itu, variabel aspek manfaat merupakan variabel yang paling dipengaruhi oleh indikator lain, kemudian variabel aspek kemudahan dan terakhir variabel niat menggunakan. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan pandangan kepada penyedia jasa logistik untuk memprioritaskan aspek manfaat sehingga penerimaan Sistem Teknologi Control Tower akan lebih sukses pada operasional keseharian.

The global challenges of the supply chain bring the awareness of stakeholders to transform the process with the involvement of technologies. The supply chain, which includes the manufacturer, supplier, customer, and logistics services provider, must also increase collaboration to improve performance monitoring. Logistics services providers have to provide competitive advantage by improve and optimize areas that are not the main competence of the shipper/cargo owner.

The purpose of this study is to define external variables that influence the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These variables will also have a direct or an indirect effect on the intention to use from the logistics service provider's point of view related to the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model of the Control Tower System Technology. Control Tower is an integrated solution that uses advanced technology to deliver end-to-end dashboard monitoring. The Structure Equation Modelling method based Partial Least Square is a variance-based technique that is used to analyzing the significant impact by utilizing a survey from 63 professional that work in logistics services provider in Indonesia.

The result obtained based on Technology Acceptance Model that perceived ease of use aspects has a positive significant effect on the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness have a positive significant effect on the intention to use aspects, but the cost of technology has a negative significant effect on the intention to use based on analysis of acceptance Control Tower Technology for logistics services provider in Indonesia. Moreover, the perceived usefulness become the most influenced by another aspects, then followed by the perceived ease of use aspects and the last was the intention to use aspects. This condition can provide an overview to all professionals in logistics provider to put a high concern for perceived usefulness aspects in order to support the acceptance level of Control Tower technology on the daily operational.
