Abstract

Proyek Boarding House Kuningan terletak di kota Jakarta Selatan yang diperuntukan untuk karyawan PT D&C Engineering Company. Selama proses pembangunan Boarding House Kuningan sering mengalami keterlambatan yang disebabkan adanya mogok kerja. Akibatnya perkembangan proyek ikut terganggu, salah satunya waktu pembesian proyek tidak sesuai dengan schedule awal perencanaan. Tugas akhir ini mencoba memberikan alternative untuk mempercepat keterlambatan proyek.Upaya mempercepat pembangunan proyek ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software Building Informatioan Modelling (BIM) khususnya Autodesk Revit. Autodesk Revit dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan model gambar 3D, perhitungan volume, serta diintregasikan untuk mendapatkan penjadwalan pembangunan proyek.Dari hasil pemodelan struktur menggunakan revit hasil perbandingan volume, waktu pembesian, dan pengecoran mendapatkan hasil yang tidak jauh beda dengan perhitungan manual proyek. Dengan perbedaan hasil volume revit 247.649 kg dan manual proyek 255.850 kg. Hasil waktu pembesian revit 909 hari dan pengecoran 171 hari dan hasil perhitungan proyek waktu pembesian 947 hari dan pengecorannya 181 hari.

Boarding House Kuningan project is located in the city os South Jakarta which is intended for employes of PT.D&C Engineering Company. During the construction process, the Kuningan Boarding House often experienced delays due to a strike. As a result, the development of the project was also discrupted, one of which was that the timing of the project was not in accordance with the initial planning schedule. This final project tries to provide an alternative to speed up project delays.Efforts to accelerate the development of this project use the help of the Building Informatioan Modeling (BIM) software application, especially Autodesk Revit. Autodesk Revit can be used to create 3D image models, calculation volumes, and be integrated to get project development schedules.From the result of structural modeling using resvit, the results of the comparison of volume, ironing time, and casting get result that are not much different from the project’s manual calculation. With the difference in the result of the revital volume 247.649 kg and the manual project 255.850 kg.The results of the calculation of the volume revitalization of the ironing time are 909 days and the casting time are 171 days and the results of the project calculation are 947 days of ironing time and 181 days of casting.
