Abstract
Pertumbuhan perdagangan internasional menyebabkan peningkatan kebutuhan transportasi
DWT <= 5.000 (87,0%) dan 5.001 <= DWT <= 10.000 (84,6%) per kedatangan kapal ; Kapal
Curah Kering: 5.001 <= DWT <= 10.000 (87,4%) dan 10.001 <= DWT <= 20.000 (84,0%)
per kedatangan kapal.
====================================================================================================
The international trade’s growth has led to an increased sea transportation demand and is expected to increase furtherfor. The ship call data indicates an increase in exhaust emissions in the port area. The increase in emissions at ports comes from berthing activities, especially during the loading and unloading process. These emission substances can be harmful to the environment and human resources in the long term.. The types of rising emissions are CO, NO2, and PM. The choice of fuel type, timing of berths and the use of alternative sources of electrical energy are factors that need to be considered in steps to reduce port emissions. The use of Shore power connection services will increase by 38% in 2021 (until October). The use of a Shore power connection provides the advantage of reducing: SO2 and NOX exhaust emissions at Nilam Terminal 75.03%, Berlian Terminal 81.16%, and TTL 91%/year; and Tanjung Emas 72.9%. It also provides the reduction of operational costs for Container Vessels: Container Vessels: 2,001 <= DWT <= 5,000 (87.0%) and 5,001 <= DWT <= 10,000 (84.6%) per Shipcall; Dry Bulk Vessels: 5,001 <= DWT <= 10,000 (87.4%) and 10,001 <= DWT <= 20,000 (84.0%) per Shipcall.
