Abstract
Infeksi akut pada jaringan paru yang dapat disebabkan berbagai mikroorganisme yakni jamur, virus, maupun bakteri disebut penyakit pneumonia. Pneumonia merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi pada anak – anak di seluruh dunia. Jawa Barat masuk dalam tiga besar jumlah kematian akibat pneumonia pada balita di Indonesia serta menduduki peringkat ke-1 jumlah penderita pneumonia terbanyak pada balita. Dalam penyelesaian kasus tersebut diperlukan pemodelan dengan efek spasial karena perlu memperhatikan kondisi geografis di Jawa Barat, yakni dengan metode GWGPR. Jumlah kasus pneumonia tertinggi yakni sebanyak 10818 kasus adalah pada Kabupaten Cirebon sedangkan jumlah kasus terendah yakni pada Kota Banjar sebanyak 573 kasus. Hasil pemodelan terbaik dari kriteria AICc paling minimum sebesar 483,98 adalah menggunakan metode GWGPR dengan exposure yang membentuk dua kelompok kabupaten/kota berdasarkan variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kasus pneumonia pada balita di semua kabupaten/kota adalah persentase pemberian vitamin A dan persentase perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.

An acute infection of the lung tissue that can be caused by a variety of microorganisms, namely fungi, viruses, and bacterial disease called pneumonia. Pneumonia is the leading cause of death in children around the world. West java as one of the three great number of deaths from pneumonia in children under five in Indonesia as well as rank-1 the number of patients with pneumonia the most in toddlers. In the settlement of the case required modeling with spatial effects because of the need to pay attention to the geographical conditions in West Java, namely by the method of GWGPR. The number of cases of pneumonia highest as much as 10818 case is in Cirebon Regency while the number of cases low, i.e. in the Town of Banjar total of 573 cases. The results of modeling the best of the criterion AICc most minimum of 483,98 is using the method of GWGPR with the exposure that form two groups of districts/cities based on the variables that significantly influence the cases of pneumonia in children in all districts/cities is the percentage of vitamin A and the percentage of clean and healthy behavior.
