Abstract

Angka penularan Covid-19 terus bertambah setiap harinya
sehingga perlu meningkatkan penanganan Covid-19 supaya
pasien Covid-19 lebih cepat sembuh dan mencegah terjadi kondisi yang lebih serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan faktor yang mempengaruhi kesembuhan pasien Covid-19 menggunakan regresi Weibull dan regresi Cox Proportional Hazard serta membandingkan hasil kedua model tersebut. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data pasien Covid-19 yang tercatat dalam rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang dengan faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kesembuhan pasien Covid-19, diantaranya usia, jenis kelamin, penyakit hipertensi, saturasi oksigen, detak jantung, suhu tubuh dan jenis perawatan. Dari hasil analisis didapat kesimpulan bahwa Performansi analisis survival menggunakan regresi Weibull lebih baik daripada regresi Cox Proportional Hazard dikarenakan nilai AIC dan AICc regresi Weibull lebih kecil daripada nilai AIC dan AICc regresi Cox Proportional Hazard. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesembuhan pasien Covid-19 adalah penyakit penyerta hipertensi dan frekuensi napas.

The number of Covid-19 transmission continues to increase
every day so it is necessary to improve the handling of Covid-19 so
that Covid-19 patients recover faster and prevent more serious
conditions from occurring. This study aims to determine the factors
that influence the recovery of Covid-19 patients using Weibull
regression and Cox Proportional Hazard regression and compare
the results of the two models. The data used in this study is data on
Covid-19 patients recorded in medical records at the Sultan Agung
Islamic Hospital in Semarang with factors that are thought to affect
the recovery of Covid-19 patients, including age, gender,
hypertension, oxygen saturation, heart rate, body temperature and
type of treatment. From the results of the analysis, it can be
concluded that the performance of survival analysis using Weibull
regression is better than Cox Proportional Hazard regression
because the AIC and AICc values of the Weibull regression are
smaller than the AIC and AICc values of the Cox Proportional
Hazard regression. Factors that have a significant effect on the
recovery of Covid-19 patients are comorbidities of hypertension
and respiratory rate.
