Abstract

Tekstile merupakan salah satu industri yang hingga saat ini masih berkembang
pesat di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu negara yang mengekspor tekstil, Indonesia
menempati peringkat nomor sekian di dunia. Hal ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan
bagi pertumbuhan ekonoomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang suatu
sistem pengemasan dalam proses pengiriman komoditas tekstil yang dilakukan baik
melalui ekspor maupun impor. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan cara analisis
metode observasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan analisis mengenai
perencanaan sistem logistik pada komoditas tekstil Studi Kasus pada Sentra Tekstil di
Surabaya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh fakta bahwa penggunaan sistem logistik
dengan perencanaan yang baik dapat memangkas biaya pengangkutan metode optimasi
dapat memberikan keuntungan yang lebih melalui efisiensi biaya pengiriman.

Textiles are one of the industries that are still growing rapidly in Indonesia. As one of
the countries that exports textiles, Indonesia is ranked number one in the world. This
has a significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to design a
packaging system in the process of shipping textile commodities through export and
import. The research methodology was carried out by means of observation method
analysis. The purpose of this study is to find an analysis of the logistics system planning
for textile commodities. Case Studies at Textile Centers in Surabaya. From the research
results, it is found that the use of a logistic system with good planning can cut
transportation costs. The optimization method can provide more benefits through the
efficiency of shipping costs.
