Abstract

Station Packing Line Servo digunakan sebagai proses pengemasan produk dan material servo. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu data informasi mengenai material, belum tersimpan kedalam basis data produksi servo, sedangkan, data tersebut merupakan data penting sebagai tracer data. Semakin bertambahnya data yang masuk kedalam basis data, maka volume dan eksekusi query pada basis data produksi servo akan semakin lama.
Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, Proyek Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Application Programming Interface (API), agar data informasi material dapat tersimpan kedalam basis data. Data informasi material diolah kedalam platform website integrated – Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) yang menerapkan sistem OLAP, yang dapat menyimpan data dalam jumlah yang besar, dari beberapa sumber yang berbeda dan dalam waktu yang lama. Agar performa dapat bekerja stabil, maka, Algoritma Genetika dapat diterapkan untuk melakukan pencarian query, berdasarkan relasi tabel pada basis data, dengan waktu eksekusi lebih cepat dalam hitungan detik, menit, bahkan jam.
Hasil Proyek Akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa eksekusi program API memiliki nilai rata – rata tertinggi 22,855 detik, dengan selisih waktu 3,183 detik dari perbandingan sebelum implementasi API. Pada pengujian optimasi query, metode terbaik adalah M2S crossover dengan rata – rata 227,6 detik, dengan selisih waktu 4 milidetik dari perbandingan metode CHUNK crossover.

Station Packing Line Servo is used as a servo product and material packaging process. The problem that arises is that the information data about the material has not been stored into the servo production database, meanwhile, the data is important data as tracer data. The more data that enters the database, the volume and execution of queries on the servo production database will take longer.
With these problems, this Final Project aims to implement an Application Programming Interface (API), so that material information data can be stored in a database. Material information data is processed into an integrated website platform – Online Analytical Processing (i-OLAP) that implements the OLAP system, which can store large amounts of data, from several different sources and for a long time. In order for performance to work stable, then, Genetic Algorithm can be applied to perform query searches, based on table relations in the database, with faster execution times in seconds, minutes, and even hours.
The results of this final project show that the execution of the API program has the highest average value of 16.688 seconds, with a time difference of 3.183 seconds from the comparison before the API implementation. In the query optimization test, the best method is the M2S crossover with an average of 227.6 seconds, with a time difference of 4 milliseconds from the comparison of the CHUNK crossover method.
