Abstract
Dalam menunjang aktivitas produksi dari suatu perusahaan diperlukannya unit prasarana yang mampu mendukung aktivitass produksi dari suatu perusahaan. Beberapa dari perusahaan yang memproduksi pakan ternak dan makanan olahan memiliki kendala terkait gagalnya proses sortir. Proses sortir pengecekan produk kemasan masih dilakukan dengan tenaga manusia sehingga sering tejadi kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi karena kelalaian manusia dalam melakukan sortir produk kemasan.
Maka dari itu dirancang sebuah alat untuk melakukan sortir secara otomastis dan dapat membedakan perbedaan dari produk kemasan menggunakan image processing dengan metode Template Matching. Lalu, dilanjutkan dengan mencari perhitungan akurasi menggunakan algoritma Template Matching yang nantinya akan membantu dalam mendeteksi perbedaan dari produk kemasan A dan B.
Teknik yang digunakan dalam metode yaitu perhitungan nilai menggunakan citra greyscale dan citra segmentation dengan 10 kali uji coba berdasarkan label pada fitur template yang digunakan. Setelah dilakukan pengujian asil dari akurasi terabaik yaitu 59% yang didapat pada citra segmentation

In supporting In supporting the production activities of a
company, an infrastructure unit is needed that is able to support
the production activities of a company. Some of the companies
that produce animal feed and processed food have problems
related to the failure of the sorting process. The sorting process
of checking packaging products is still done by human power so
that errors often occur due to human negligence in sorting
packaged products.
Therefore, a tool is designed to automatically sort and
distinguish the differences from packaged products using image
processing with the Template Matching method. Then, it is continued
by looking for accuracy calculations using the Template Matching
algorithm which will later assist in detecting the differences between
packaged products A and B.
The technique used in the method is calculating the value using
grayscale images and segmentation images with 10 trials based on the
label on the template feature used. After testing the results of the best
accuracy, namely 59% obtained on the image segmentation
