Abstract

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan sebagai tenaga yang menjalankan aktivitas yang ada dalam perusahaan tak terkecuali RS. Islam Surabaya A.Yani. Kepuasan kinerja karyawan menjadi satu hal yang diperhatikan demi meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kelompok karyawan tertentu memiliki kecenderungan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kinerja yang telah dihasilkan dan bagaimana pola yang terbentuk dengan menggunakan analisis korespondensi. Hasil yang diperoleh variable status karyawan dan masa kerja memiliki hubungan yang sigifikan dengan tingkat kepuasan kinerja. Karakteristik data tingkat kepuasan kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan RS. Islam Surabaya A.Yani terhadap pekerjaan yang sedang mereka tekuni sebanyak 58% karyawan merasa sangat puas, sebanyak 36% karyawan merasa puas dan sebanyak 6% karyawan merasa cukup puas terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa status karyawan kontrak dan tetap lebih cenderung merasa puas, karyawan dengan status pejabat struktural lebih cenderung merasa sangat puas, karyawan dengan status harian lepas dan training tidak memiliki kecenderungan apapun terhadap tingkat kepuasan kinerja yang telah dihasilkan. Karyawan dengan masa kerja kurang dari satu tahun tidak memiliki kecenderungan apapun sedangkan, karyawan dengan masa kerja 1-3 tahun dan 7-15 tahun memiliki kecenderungan tingkat kepuasan karyawan dengan kategori puas. Karyawan dengan masa kerja 4-6 tahun dan lebih dari 15 tahun memiliki kecenderungan tingkat kepuasan kinerja sangat puas.

Every company needs employees as employees who carry out activities in the company, including hospitals. Islam Surabaya A. Yani. Employee performance satisfaction is one thing that is considered in order to improve service quality. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether certain groups of employees have a tendency to the level of performance satisfaction that has been produced and how the pattern is formed using correspondence analysis. The results obtained by the variable of employee status and tenure have a significant relationship with the level of performance satisfaction. Characteristics of performance satisfaction level data generated by hospital employees. Islam Surabaya A.Yani towards the work they are doing as much as 58% of employees feel very satisfied, as many as 36% of employees feel satisfied and as many as 6% of employees feel quite satisfied with the resulting performance. The results showed that the status of contract and permanent employees were more likely to feel satisfied, employees with structural official status were more likely to feel very satisfied, employees with daily casual and training status did not have any tendency towards the level of performance satisfaction that had been generated. Employees with a tenure of less than one year do not have any tendency, while employees with a tenure of 1-3 years and 7-15 years have a tendency for the level of employee satisfaction to be in the satisfied category. Employees with 4-6 years of service and more than 15 years tend to be very satisfied with their performance levels.
