Abstract

Smart village merupakan konsep tata kelola wilayah berbasis ICT, yang memiliki cakupan wilayah dan masyarakat yang tidak seluas atau sebesar smart city. Hadirnya konsep smart village merupakan nilai tambah yang mana jaringan tradisional dan baru ditingkatkan dengan cara membangun kekuatan, maupun aset yang ada, serta membangun peluang baru untuk manfaat penghuninya. Seperti wisata budaya di Kampung Lawas Maspati, yang hadir ditengah tuntutan Kota Surabaya sebagai smart city berbasis ICT. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan faktor - faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan smart village berbasis pariwisata budaya pada Kampung Lawas Maspati Kota Surabaya.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mixed method dengan desain sequential explonatory. Pada teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik skala likert dan menggunakan simple random sampling. sedangkan pengumpulan data kualitatif menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan KMO and barlett’s test, sedangkan data kualitatif menggunakan content analysis dan triangulasi teknik untuk validasi datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan smart economy mempengaruhi smart village dengan prosentase 74,17%, dan ini dikonfirmasi juga melalui N-VIVO dengan prosentase smart economy sebesar 5%, yang mana lebih besar dari indikator lainnya. Sedangkan pada variabel pariwisata budaya, attraction memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan prosentase 64,69%.

Smart village is an ICT-based local government concept, which has an area and community coverage that is not as wide or as large as a smart city. The presence of the smart village concept is an added value where traditional and new networks are improved by building strengths, as well as existing assets, as well as building new opportunities for the benefit of the residents. For example, cultural tourism in Kampung Lawas Maspati, which is present amid the demands of the city of Surabaya as an ICT-based smart city. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence the development of a tourism-based smart village in Kampung Lawas Maspati, Surabaya City.
The method used in this study is a mixed method with an exploratory sequential design. In quantitative data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale technique and using simple random sampling. qualitative data collection using semi-structured interviews and using purposive sampling. Furthermore, quantitative data analysis techniques used KMO and Barlett's test, while qualitative data used content analysis and triangulation techniques for data validation. The results of the study show that smart economy affects smart villages with a percentage of 74.17%, and this is also confirmed through N-VIVO with a smart economy percentage of 5%, which is greater than other indicators. While on the cultural tourism variable, attraction has a significant influence with a percentage of 64.69%.
