Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Interaksi Manusia dan Komputer telah mengalami kemajuan pesat selama dekade terakhir, Beberapa tahun yang lalu, kata-kata "input device" yang muncul di benak kita hanya ada dua objek yakni: keyboard dan mouse. Saat ini, dengan evolusi komputer banyak perangkat input yang diciptakan untuk mengubah cara berinteraksi dengan komputer. Sistem Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelegence) melalui Teknologi Zero User Interface memungkinkan manusia untuk berkomunikasi dengan komputer menggunakan sarana komunikasi alami seperti suara, gerakan, pandangan, atau bahkan pikiran.untuk mewujudkan interaksi yang lebih efisien dan ekspresif dengan representas sebuah bahasa yang dapat diterima secara universal. Sejalan dengan hal itu Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa masyarakat membentuk kebiasaan baru dengan menerapkan beberapa protokol kesehatan, salah satunya perlakuan terhadap benda yang terbiasa disentuh yang potensial terhadap penularan Covid- 19, jika permukaannya yang telah terkontaminasi droplet disentuh dan setelahnya langsung menyentuh mata, hidung, dan mulut. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya mengurangi potensi tersebut dilakukan sebuah penelitian untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Touchless Computer Menggunakan Hand Gestures dalam hal kebergunaanya bagi pengguna sebagai metode alternatif interaksi manusia dan komputer yang bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah bagaimana orang dapat terus melakukan aktivitas menggunakan komputer, dengan tanpa menyentuh mouse .

Dalam hal ini metode Usability Testing sesuai Standar ISO 9241-11 digunakan untuk mengukur kebergunaan sistem melalui 3 aspek, yakni efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna. RAD (Rapid Application Development), Convex Hull dan Convexity Defect juga digunakan sebagai metode implementasi sistem yang berfokus pada pengenalan gambar oleh gerakan tangan pengguna secara real-time , serta mendeteksi perbedaan gesture tangan pada berbagai pengguna untuk dapat menggerakkan cursor layaknya cara kerja mouse. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi penerapan Sistem Touchless Computer Menggunakan Hand Gestures yang digunakan dalam aktivitas Self Assesment Covid-19 pada aplikasi website JATIM SELF CHECKUP COVID-19 .Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi untuk masa depan di mana manusia dan komputer dapat terikat lebih erat , melalui human computer interaction (HCI) yang lebih ramah, sehingga dapat menghasilkan banyak keuntungan ,berdampak besar bagi kehidupan manusia

The development of Human and Computer Interaction Technology has made rapid progress over the past decade, A few years ago, the words "input device" that appeared in our minds there were only two objects, namely: the keyboard and the mouse.Today, with the evolution of computers many input devices were created to change the way of interacting with computers.Artificial Intelligence Systems through Zero User Interface Technology allow humans to communicate with computers using natural means of communication such as voice, movement, sight, or even thoughts.to realize a more efficient and expressive interaction with the representation of a language that is universally acceptable. In line with this, the Covid-19 Pandemic has forced people to form new habits by implementing several health protocols, one of which is the treatment of objects that are accustomed to being touched that have the potential for covid-19 transmission, if the surface that has been contaminated with droplets is touched and afterwards directly touches the eyes, nose, and mouth.Therefore in an effort to reduce the potential was carried out a study to evaluate the application of the Touchless Computer System Using Hand Gestures in terms of its usefulness for users as an alternative method of human and computer interaction that aims to solve the problem of how people can continue to carry out activities using the computer, without touching the mouse .

RAD (Rapid Application Development), Convex Hull and Convexity Defect are also used as a system implementation method that focuses on recognizing images by user hand gestures in real-time, as well as detecting differences in hand gestures in various users to be able to move the cursor like how the mouse works.The result of this study is an evaluation of the application of the Touchless Computer System Using Hand Gestures used in covid-19 self-assessment activities on the JATIM SELF CHECKUP COVID-19 website application. This research is expected to provide solutions for a future where humans and computers can be more closely bound, through a friendlier human computer interaction (HCI), so that it can generate many benefits, have a great impact on human life.
