Abstract

PT. As Low as reasonably Practicable Risk).

PT. XYZ has a long transmission pipe transmission pipe, one of which is the South Sumatra-West Java Gas Pipeline Phase I with the Pagardewa-Labuhan Maringgai-Cilegon-Serpong Line Receiving Station. However, the pipeline segments located in the SSWJ Phase I Pipeline will later be affected by the abc port development plan near the bojonegara waters site, Serang Regency due to changes in the new shipping lanes. Therefore, the safety of underwater gas pipelines became a very concerned focus in this study. This study aims to assess the risk of the SSWJ Phase I Pipeline due to changes in the new ABC Port shipping line that have the potential to pose a risk of pipeline damage. In this study, the author conducted a risk assessment on pipes at PT. XYZ due to anchor dropping, anchor dragging, and sinking (sinking) ships. Based on the risk assessment that has been carried out on all risks, it is found that the level of risk is in an acceptable area and in the ALARP zone (AS Low as reasonably Practicable Risk). Based on the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, mitigation recommendations on the underwater pipeline protection system in the future are strengthening with Rock Beam, with a priority ranking percentage value of 39 percent. Based on the results of the analysis using Ansys Structural R21 software, the maximum value of the equivalent voltage that occurs in the pipe due to dropped anchor can be received in accordance with the ASME B31.8 standard in 2012. Or no more than 0.9 of the SMYS (Specified Minimum Yield Stress) value of 4.05E +08 Pa.
