Abstract

Untuk mendukung percapaian performansi dalam pengelolan regional network operation OSM RNO Telkom Regional IV melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil performansi berdasarkan data dari pusat, kegiatan evaluasi masih dilakukan secara manual seperti dalam mengolah data untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan , menyiapkan power point slide untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pertemuan dan history data file (excel, ppt) yang tidak teratur dan tidak terintegrasi sehingga memakan waktu dalam pencarian jika diperlukan,. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mengotomasi pekerjaan tersebut dengan membuat aplikasi dahsboard rno berbasis web. Pengguna utama dashboard yang dibuat adalah para karyawan yang bertugas dalam OSM RNO dan tergabung dalam unitnya, dasboard dibuat dengan menggunakan pustaka Reactjs, state management react query dan pustaka ant design chart dengan beberapa fitur utama, diantaranya adalah automasi upload file excel menjadi tabel summary dan kolum grafik serta history data filter berdasarkan minggu.

For this reason, it is necessary to use web based technology to automate the work by creating a rno dashboard application. The main users of the dashboard created are employees who work in OSM RNO and are members of their units, the dashboard is made using the Reactjs library, react query state management and the ant design chart library with several main features, including the automatic upload of excel files into summary tables and columns. graphs and filter history data by week.
