Abstract

Rencana Pembelaj arao Semester (RPS) merupakan dokumeo perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh dosen mata kuliah terkait sebagai panduan bagi mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan selama mengik:uti mata kuliah tersebut. Dengan kata lain RPS menjadi acuan dosen untuk memberikan materi kuliah secara tepat dan dapat memaksimalkan kemampuan mahasiswa terkait dengan materi yang telah diberikan. Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNl) sendiri adalah sistem yang dibuat pemerintab untuk meojadi acuan pembangunan sumber daya man usia dan tenaga ke1ja dengan menggunakan sistem yang mengklasifikasikan kualitas tenaga kerja menjadi beberapa level yang dinilai berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal, nonformal, informal atau pengalaman kerja. KKNI dibuat dengan tujuan untuk standar kualifikasi yang menyetarakan capaian pendidikan formal dan ketrampilan tenaga kelja sehingga dapat meningkatkan rnuru surnber daya rnanusia rnasyarakat Indonesia agar dapat rnemaksimalkan potensi individu dalam dunia keprofes ian terkait. Dengan demikian nilai dari KKNI yang diterapkan sebagai kualifikasi standar dari sualitas sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan ketenagake1jaan tersebut dapat diterapkan pada proses pembuatan dokumen RPS dengan tujuan meningkatkan mutu dari dokumen RPS itu sendiri. Unruk penerapan daripada dokumen RPS yang mengikuti standar dari KKNI sendiri diperlukan sebuah sis tern yang dapat menilai apakah dokumen RPS yang dibuat te lah memiliki nilai-nilai yang ada pada KKNI, pada Tuguas Akhir ini s istem dibuat dengan Text Mining. Sistem tersebut akan menilai dokumen RPS yang telah dibuat kemudian mencocokkan isi daripada dokumen RPS tersebut dengan deskriptor KKNl yang terkandung dalam KKNI. Dengan pengecekan dari sistem akan didapatkan hasil apakah dokumen yang dibuat apakab dokurnen sudah sesuai dengan KKN! atau belum sesuai. Nilai kecocokan dari sistem akan berupa Similarity Score yang didapatkan dari penghitungan dua vektor mengguoakan Cosine Similarity. Dari penilaian dari s istem, jika hasi loya sudah sesuai, maka dokumen RPS yang telah dibuat sudah sesuai dengan KKNI. Sistem pencocokkao dokumen tersebut akan dibuat pada Tugas Akhir ini, dengan menggunakan metode - metode yang telah dipi lih sebelumnya. Hasil akhir dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah hasil perbandingan dari ruetode - metode yang diterapkan yang dinilai pada aspek fungsionalitas dan efektifitas.

Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document that is prepared by the lecturer of the relevant subject as a guide for students in canJ'ing out lecture activities while following the course. In other words, RPS becomes a reference for lecturers to provide lecture materials appropriately and can maximize students' abilities related to the materia/that has been given. The Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) itself is a system created by the government to be a reference for the development of human and labor resources by using a system that classifies the quality of the workforce into several levels that are assessed based on learning outcomes obtained through formal, nonjormal, informal education or experience. work. KKNI was created with the aim of standardizing qualiflcMions that equalize the achievements of formal education and workforce skills so as to improve the quality of Indonesian people's human resources in order to maximize individual potential in the related professional world. Thus the value of the IQF which is applied as a standard qualification of the quality of human resources in accordance with the workforce can be applied to the process of making the RPS document with the aim of improving the quality of the RPS document itself For the implementation of the RPS document thatfl>llows the standards of the KKNI itself. a system is needed that can assess whether the RPS document that has been made has the values that exist in the KKNI, in this Final Task the system is made with Text Mining. The system will assess the RPS document that has been created and then match the contents of the RPS document with the KKNI descriptor contained in the KKNJ. By checking from the system, the results will be obtained whether the documents made are in accordance with the KKNI or not. The match value of the system will be in the form <if a Similarity Score obtainedfimn calculating two vectors using Cosine Similarity. From the assessment of the system, if" the results are appropriate, then the RPS document that has been made is in accordance with the KKNJ. The document matching system will be made in this Final Project, using the methods that have been previously selected. The .final result of this final project is the result of a comparison of the methods applied which are assessed on the a.spects of fimctionality and effectiveness.
