Abstract
Pondasi rakit bertiang yang telah banyak digunakan seiama ini, hanya mengandalkan pelimpahan beban struktur ke tiang tanpa memperhitungkan sumbangan bidang kontak antara rakit dengan tanah. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan studi pada gedung office park "Surya Square” yang dilengkapi setengah basement. Pada awalnya gedung ini menggunakan pondasi tiang bor sebagai pondasinya.Pondasi ini akan dimodifikasi menjadi pondasi tiang pancang, sedangkan setengah basement akan dirubah menjadi basement penuh kemudian dijadikan pondasi rakit. Kedua pondasi itu kemudian akan dipadukan menjadi satu kesatuan pondasi. Untuk jumlah lantai akan dimodifikasi dengan beberapa variasi jumlah lantai untuk mendapatkan variasi beban, kemudian juga divariasikan degan diameter dan jarak tiang yang berbeda. Tujuan akhir dari Tugas Akhir ini akan di dapatkan grafik hubungan antara beban, kedalaman rakit-tiang, dan proporsi masing-masing pondasi untuk memikul beban pada kondisi 1 jenis tanah lunak.

Pile-raft foundation has been in use widely, assuming all structure loads to be transferred to piles without the contribution of load taken by contact surface between raft and soil this final report studied on office park " surya square " building that equipped with semibasement is done, in the beginning this building used bore pile foundation as the foundation, this foundation will be modificated to pile foundation and semi basement will be modificated to fully basement and then it is used to be raft foundation, both of the foundation will be combinated to be a unity foundation, load variation is obtained from the modification of number story with a number of variation of total story, piles diameter, and the space between the piles, final purpose of this final report is to get charts of relationship between loads, deepness of pile-raft, dan the proportion of each foundation to bear the loads in the homogeny soft soil type condition.
