Abstract
Telah dilakukan sintesis nanokristalin superkonduktor Bi2Sr2CaCu208+s dan (Bi,Pb)2Sr2CaCu20g+g dengan menggunakan metode pencampuran basah dan menggunakan larutan HNO3 sebagai pelarut. Hasil sintesis tersebut dikalsinasi dengan variasi suhu 760°C selama 4 jam dan 5 jam, 790°C selama 1 jam dan 2 jan dan 800°C selama 1 jam dan 2 jam. Selanjutnya disinter pada suhu 820°C selama 1-3 jam. Selain itu juga dilakukan variasi suhu sintering yaitu 830°C dan 840°C. Dari hasil uji XRD diketahui telah terbentuk fasa Bi-2212 dengan ukuran kristal -84,6 nm dan fraksi volume 71,2% sedangkan (Bi,Pb)2212 dengan suhu kalsinasi 760°C selama 4 jam, 790°C selama 1 jam dan 2 jam, 800°C selama 2 jam dan suhu sinter 820°C selama 1-2 jam menghasilkan ukuran kristal -76,3 nm dan fraksi volume 77%.

Synthesis of nanocrystalline undoped and Pb doped Bi-2212 superconductors were carried out using wet mixing method with HN03. Starting material were calcinated at various temperature, 760°C for 4 hours and 5 hours, 790°C for 1 hour and 2 hours, 800°C for 1 hours and 2 hours. Futher sintering at 820°C with various time from 1 until 3 hours was conducted. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Final result shows that undoped Bi-2212 sample has crystal size with maximum value ~ 84,6 nm (sintered for 1 until 3 hours) and 71,2% volume fraction, and Pb doped Bi-2212 sample has crystal size with maximum value-76,3 nm (sintered 1 until 2 hours) and 77%volume fraction .
