Abstract

Beberapa rumah sakit telah mempunyai perangkat lunak sistem informasi rumah sakit, namun beberapa diantaranya sudah tidak mampu mendukung proses bisnis karena meningkatnya aktifitas bisnis dari rumah sakit. Sehingga perlu dilakukan rekayasa ulang terhadap perangkat lunak sistem informasi rumah sakit tersebut. Standar yang digunakan dalam proyek tugas akhir ini adalah PMBOK versi 3 tahun 2004. Proses yang dilalui untuk melakukan perencanaan proyek rekayasa ulang sistem informasi rumah sakit antara lain inisiasi, dan perencanaan. Hasil proyek tugas akhir ini adalah dokumen perencanaan proyek beserta dokumentasinya proyek berdasarkan standar ReadySET.

Some hospitals already have hospital information system software, but some of them can not support the business process because the increasing of the hospital 's business process. So it need to do reengineering to the hospital information system. The standart which is used in this final project is PMBOK third version year 2004. The project planning of hospital informaton system re-engineering for hospital are initiation and planning. The result of this final project are the project planning documents and its documentation with ReadySET standard.
