Abstract

The current industry competition is a competition between one Supply Chain (SC) and another. The Global Supply Chain phenomenon requires companies to strategically partner with their supply chain members. Supply Chain Integration (SCI) is the level of the company collaborating with its supply chain, both internal and external, which are believed to be one of the most important aspects of supply chain management (SCM). On the other hand, SCM faces serious challenges due to disruption that results in disruption of company performance. To overcome the impact of disruption in SC, companies need to build Supply Chain Resilience (SCRE) capabilities. This study investigates the 3-dimensional relationship in SCI including internal integration, customer integration and supplier integration and impact on SCRE and company performance. Data were collected from 130 manufacturing companies in Indonesia where the majority of respondents were from automotive and food processing manufacturer. Data analysis using partial least square (PLS) technique using smartPLS software version 3.0. Hypothesis testing in this study show that internal integration has a positive effect on customer integration (T statistic 16.1>1.96), supplier integration (T statistic 7.786>1.96), SCRE (T statistic 5.707>1.96) and the company's operational performance (T statistic 2.955> 1.96). Customer integration was not proven to have a positive effect on SCRE (T statistic 1.125 1.96). SCRE has a positive effect on the company's operational performance (T statistic 3.024 > 1.96). The conclusion in this study is that internal integration through alignment between data integration, the use of integrated applications, inventory management, product design collaboration, procurement, production, marketing and delivery within a company has a positive effect on integration with customers, major suppliers, supply chain resilience and operational performance. company. Integration with key customers has not been shown to have a positive effect on supply chain resilience and the company's operational performance. The integration of key viii suppliers through coordination activities and information sharing of a company with major suppliers in manufacturing companies has proven to have a positive effect on supply chain resilience and company operational performance. SCRE's supply chain capability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia to overcome disruption has a positive effect on the company's operational performance
