Abstract
Pelanggan merupakan peran penting bagi setiap perusahaan, seperti PT. XYZ yang mengutamakan pelanggan untuk dijadikan asset atau pemasukan dalam perusahaan. Menentukan strategi untuk bisnis mereka dimana mereka dapat menentukan langkah apa yang bisa diambil untuk dapat mempertahankan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Untuk itu penulis menggunakan penilaian Customer equity agar dapat dengan mudah menilai kegiatan pelanggan didalam perusahaan. Dengan menilai Customer equity, pelanggan menggunakan tool seperti dashboard untuk menampilkan penilaian tersebut agar dapat dengan mudah diukur, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pelanggan oleh para manager khususnya devisi sales. Dalam penilaian Customer equity penulis menghitung jangka waktu pelanggan dalam perusahaan, profit perpelanggan, dan juga Direct cost dari masing-masing pelanggan. Perhitungan tersebut ditampilkan kedalam dashboard yang dibagi menjadi tiga tampilan, dengan menggunakan line chart.

Customers is an important role for any company, such asprioritizing PT. XYZ to serve customers in the company's assets or income. Determine a strategy for their business where they can determine what steps can be taken to maintain relationships with customers. To the authors use the Customer Equity valuation in order to easily assess customer activity with in the company. With Customer Equity assessing, customers using tools such asdashboards to present an assessment so they can be easily measured' monitor, and evaluate the activities of the customer by the sales division manager in particular. In the assessment of Customer Equity authors calculate the company's long-time customers, profit perpelanggan, and also Direct cost of each customer. Calculations are shown into thedashboard is divided into three views, using a line chart.
