Abstract

Secara geografis, Kecamatan Balongpanggang bagian Timur dilalui oleh aliran Kali Lamong yang kerap meluap pada musim penghujan. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh terbatasnya daya tampung Kali Lamong akibat perubahan fungsi lahan sebagai pemukiman yang semakin memenuhi pinggir sungai. Sebagai upaya dalam penanganan fenomena tersebut, koefisien limpasan menjadi aspek yang perlu dikaji untuk menghitung besarnya laju limpasan permukaan. Studi ini dilakukan dengan objektif pencapaian informasi dampak perubahan penggunaan lahan terhadap koefisien limpasan. Selain itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan penggunaan lahan pada tahun 2012 dan 2022 serta dampaknya terhadap koefisien limpasan daerah penelitian. Koefisien limpasan ditentukan berdasarkan metode cook. Data DEM dan citra landsat 8 digunakan dalam pengolahan parameter kemiringan lereng, simpanan air permukaan, dan vegetasi penutup. Akuisisi data dilakukan secara insitu untuk menganalisis parameter infiltrasi berdasarkan laju infiltrasi.Berdasarkan Analisa dari data yang diolah, nilai rata rata koefisien limpasan pada tahun 2012 dan 2022 adalah 0,544 dan 0,548. Koefisien aliran yang diperoleh dapat digunakan sebagai data awal dalam penelitian analisis debit puncak dalam kajian awal hidrologi.

Geographically, the eastern part of Balongpanggang District is traversed by the Lamong River which often overflows during the rainy season. This is due to the limited capacity of Kali Lamong due to changes in land function as settlements that increase the filling of the riverbanks. As an effort to deal with this phenomenon, the runoff coefficient is an aspect that needs to be studied to calculate the magnitude of the surface runoff rate. This study was conducted with the aim of managing the impact of land use change on the runoff ratio. In addition, this study aims to analyze land use change in 2012 and 2022 as well as research on the regional runoff coefficient. The runoff coefficient was determined based on the Cook method. DEM data and Landsat 8 imagery are used in processing slope parameters, surface water storage, and vegetation cover. Data acquisition was carried out on in-situ soil samples, to analyze infiltration parameters based on infiltration rate. Based on the analysis of the processed data, the average runoff coefficient in 2012 and 2022 is 0,544 and 0,548. The flow coefficient obtained can be used as initial data in peak discharge analysis research in early hydrological studies.
