Abstract

Dalam sebuah proyek pembangunan, biaya merupakan salah satu hal yang paling dipertimbangkan. Biaya yang dibutuhkan dapat berkurang apa bila desain yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan beban dan kondisi yang ada. Konfigurasi sebuah struktur menentukan kekuatan dari struktur tersebut. Unity check merupakan perbandingan antara tegangan yang dialami struktur dengan tegangan ijin dan dapat dijadikan sebagai perkiraan kekuatan struktur. Pada penelitian kali ini, beberapa konfigurasi tiang pancang dermaga dianalisis untuk dipilih yang paling baik. Gaya-gaya yang bekerja dan kedalaman tiang pancang diperhitungkan. Struktur dan gaya dimodelkan pada software SAP2000 dan dilakukan juga analisis statis dengan bantuan software tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan analisis pada model-model baru, yaitu I, II dan III. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh nilai unity check model awal sebesar 0,850, model I sebesar 0,487, model II sebesar 0,571 dan model III sebesar 0,605. Defleksi masing-masing model adalah 67,007 mm untuk model awal, -20,757 mm untuk model I, - 23,272 mm untuk model II dan 89,043 mm untuk model III. Berat seluruh tiang pancang dari masing-masing model adalah 2456,902 ton untuk model awal, 2435,386 ton untuk model I, 2134,562 ton untuk model II dan 2400,104 ton untuk model III

In a development project, cost is one of the most considered things. The costs needed can be reduced if the design used is in accordance with the existing load and conditions. The configuration of a structure determines the strength of the structure. Unity check is a ratio between the stress experienced by the structure with the allowable stress and can be used as an estimate of the strength of the structure. In this study, several configurations of piles were analyzed to select the best one. The forces acting and the depth of the pile are taken into account. The structure and style are modeled on the SAP2000 software and static analysis is also carried out with the help of the software. Then the analysis was carried out on the new models, namely I, II and III. From the analysis carried out, the initial model unity check value is 0.850, model I is 0.541, model II is 0.635 and model III is 0.744. The deflection of each model is 67.007 mm for the initial model, -20.757 mm for the model I, -23.272 mm for the model II and 89.043 mm for the model III. The total pile weight of each model is 2456.902 tons for the initial model, 2435.386 tons for the model I, 2134.562 tons for the model II and 2400.104 tons for the model III
