Abstract

Pantai Wedi Ireng merupakan salah satu objek daya tarik wisata di Kecamatan Pesanggaran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dalam Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Banyuwangi (2021), kawasan Wisata Pantai Wedi Ireng Kecamatan Pesanggaran diarahkan untuk pengembangan sarana dan prasarana. Dalam kondisi eksistingnya, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana masih sangat minim (eksisting 2022), dan aksesibilitasnya sulit. Lokasi Pantai Wedi Ireng yang berada pada kawasan hutan produksi membuat pengembangan wisata ini harus berwawasan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan arahan terkait penyediaan infrastruktur hijau yang dapat dibangun pada kawasan wisata Pantai Wedi Ireng dengan tetap mempertahankan kondisi lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis AHP dengan input berupa kuisoner stakeholder untuk mengidentifikasi faktor prioritas penyediaan infrastruktur, analisis deksriptif untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting infrastruktur pariwisata, dan analisis Triangulasi untuk memberikan arahan penyediaan infrastruktur dengan menerapkan konsep infrastruktur hijau yang berwawasan lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan jenis infrastruktur yang menjadi prioritas untuk disediakan dalam empat kategori yakni aksesbilitas dan transportasi, fasilitas pelayanan wisata, utilitas, serta fasilitas pendukung wisata. Dalam identifikasi karakteristik kondisi eksisiting didapatkan deskripsi mengenai kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing infrastruktur. Penelitian ini mengahasilkan arahan penyediaan infrastruktur pariwisata dengan konsep green infrastructure berdasarkan prioritas pengembangan untuk pengembangan wisata Pantai Wedi Ireng

Wedi Ireng Beach is one of many tourist attractions in Pesanggaran district, Banyuwangi regency. According to Tourism Development’s Master Plan of Banyuwangi Regency, Wedi Ireng is planned for the development of its facilities and infrastructure. In the existing condition, the provision of facilities and infrastructure is very limited and unreachable access. Wedi Ireng is located in production forest, which makes the tourism development must be environmentally friendly. The purpose of this research is to provide guidance regarding the provision of green infrastructure that can be built in Wedi Ireng while maintaining environmental conditions. This study uses AHP Analysis with input in the form of a stakeholder questionnaire to identify priority factors of infrastructure provision, descriptive analysis to identify the existing condition of infrastructure, and triangulation analysis to provide guidance for infrastructure provision by applying the concept of green infrastructure. The result of this study showed that four categories of infrastructure became a priority, i.e. accessibility and transportation, tourism service, utilities, and tourism support facilities. In the process of identifying the characteristics of existing conditions, a description of the advantages and disadvantages of each infrastructure is obtained. This study develops guidance for providing tourism infrastructure with the concept of green infrastructure for the development of Wedi Ireng Beach
