Abstract

Menurut Kementrian ESDM 2021, rasio elektrifikasi sudah mencapai 99,28%. Persentase tersebut akan semakin meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan listrik di masyarakat. Program Pemerintah Indonesia menargetkan pembangkit listrik dari energi terbarukan masuk ke jaringan interkoneksi pada tahun 2025 sebesar 23%. Pembangkit listrik ini disebut Distributed Generation (DG). DG yang terhubung ke jaringan interkoneksi dan peningkatan permintaan kebutuhan listrik di masyarakat akan mempengaruhi kerugian daya dalam sistem. Rekonfigurasi dinamis pada jaring distribusi merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kerugian daya. Rekonfigurasi dilakukan pada jaring distribusi 20 kV GI Tarahan, Bandar Lampung menggunakan metode Firefly Algorithm (FA). Ada dua kondisi yang dipertimbangkan, pertama ketika sistem jaring distribusi 20 kV tidak terhubung ke DG dan terhubung ke DG. Kerugian daya untuk kedua kondisi tersebut berkurang setelah dilakukan rekonfigurasi dinamis. Dari hasil simulasi yang didapat, sistem jaring distribusi 20 kV yang terhubung DG menghasilkan rugi-rugi paling minimal sebesar 2514.1222 kW dan 4456,0580 kVAR. According to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021, the electrification ratio in Indonesia has reached 99,28%. This percentage will increase along increased demand. The Indonesian government program targets power generation from renewable energy entering the interconnection network by 2025 by 23%. These plants called Distributed Generation (DG). DG is penetration into interconnection network and the increasing demand in will affect the losses in the system. Dynamic reconfiguration in distribution network is one of the solutions to overcome the losses. The reconfiguration was carried out on the GI Tarahan 20 kV distribution network, Bandar Lampung using the Firefly Algorithm (FA). There are two conditions considered, the first when the system is not connected to DG and connected to DG. The losses for both conditions are reduced after dynamic reconfiguration. DG connected distribution system produces the most minimum losses of 2514.1222 kW and 4456,0580 kVAR
