Abstract

Departemen Informasi dan Administrasi Bank (IDAB) seksi Perizinan dan investigasi (PI) Kantor Bank Indonesia (KBI) Surabaya merupakan departemen yang bertugas menangani proses pengurusan persetujuan atau penolakan atas permohonan izin yang dilakukan oleh bank selain BI. Hasi!persetujuan atau penolakan permohonan pengajuan izin tersebut diambil berdasarkan penilaian persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi terlebih dahulu oleh bank yang mengajukan permohonan izin tersebut. Penelitian ini mengembangkan inovasi document monitoring system dengan pendekatan sistem informasi manajemen. decision support system, aplikasi web yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Untuk mengetahui prioritas dan faktor-faktor penting yang saling mempengambil dalam perancangan document monitoring system tersebut digunakan kombinasi pendekatan Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). Dengan adanya sistem monitoring tersebut, IDAB KBI Surabaya dapat mengetahui proses perjalanan dokumen perizinan pada masing-masing level jabatan dan dapat mengecek kebenaran verifikasi ketentuan dan kelengkapan persyaratan dokumen yang bersangkutan dalam satu data base, sehingga secara otomatis dapat membentuk pola berpikir karyawan IDAB daiam bekerja lebih cepat dan tepat untuk memproses dokumen perizinan. Disamping itu, data dokumen perizinan yang telah disimpan daiam data base dapat diakses sewaktu-waktu, sehingga dimungkinkan penegembangan inovasi document monitoring system ini, dapat mempersingkat waktu proses penyelesaian perizinan lebih cepat dari waktu yang ditentukan.

The Department of Information and Bank Administration (IDAB) Licensing and Investigation Section (PI) of the Bank Indonesia Office (KBI) Surabaya is the department in charge of handling the approval or rejection process for license applications made by banks other than BI. The result of the approval or rejection of the application for the permit is taken based on an assessment of the requirements that must be fulfilled in advance by the bank submitting the application for the permit. This research develops an innovative document monitoring system with a management information system approach. decision support system, a web application that uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. To find out the priorities and important factors that influence each other in the design of the document monitoring system, a combination of the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach and the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) is used. With this monitoring system, IDAB KBI Surabaya can find out the licensing document processing process at each position level and can check the correctness of the verification of the provisions and completeness of the requirements for the documents concerned in one database, so that it can automatically shape the mindset of IDAB employees to work faster and appropriate for processing licensing documents. In addition, data on licensing documents that have been stored in the data base can be accessed at any time, so that it is possible to develop this document monitoring system innovation, to shorten the processing time for completing permits faster than the specified time.
