Abstract

Lignoselulosa pada sabut kelapa merupakan salah satu sumber bahan baku terbarukan yang memiliki peran pada bidang industry serta ekonomi. Salah satu pemanfaatan lignoselulosa adalah pada produk intermediatenya antara lain hemiselulosa, selulosa, dan lignin yang merupakan bahan baku untuk fine product. Pra dsain pabrik ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan hemiselulosa, selulosa, dan lignin lewat fraksinasi lignoselulosa sabut kelapa lewat metode steam explosion dilanjutkan dengan delignifikasi menggunakan NaOH 17,5%. Pembangunan pabrik akan diatur dengan masa konstruksi 3 tahun dengan umur pabrik sekitar 20 tahun. Lokasi pabrik direncanakan pada Kabupaten Gresik dengan sistem operasi semi kontinyu dengan kapasitas bahan baku sebesar 33.000 ton/tahun, 20 jam/hari, 330 hari. Perencanaan pabrik dimulai dengan bahan baku berupa sabut kelapa 33.000 ton/tahun, NaOH 48% sebanyak 356 ton/tahun, dan H2SO4 sebanyak 98% 3.234 ton/tahun. Lalu produk yang dihasilkan selulosa sebanyak 11.220 ton/tahun, hemiselulosa sebanyak sebanyak 6.092 ton/tahun, dan lignin sebanyak 10.362 ton/tahun. Analisa ekonomi pada pra desain pabrik dimulai dengan modal tetap sebesar Rp. 673.969.230.000, dengan modal kerja Rp. 118.935.746.550, Investasi total Rp. 792.904.976.550, biaya produksi total Rp. 459.809.819.744, dan hasil penjualan diperkirakan sebesar Rp. 418.714.134.988/tahun. Berdasarkan data-data perhitungan, didapat laju pengembalian modal sebesar 18% berada diatas bunga pinjaman bank yaitu sebesar 8% dengan jangka waktu pengembalian modal selama 3 tahun 11 bulan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan waktu pengembalian modal dari pemberi pinjaman yaitu 20 tahun serta break-even point sebesar 15%. Lignocellulosic in coconut coir is one of the sources of renewable raw materials that have a role in the industrial and economic fields. One of the uses of lignocellulosic is in its intermediate products, including hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin which are raw materials for fine products. The pre-design of this plant aims to produce hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin by fractionating coconut coir lignocellulosic using the steam explosion method followed by delignification using 17.5% NaOH. The construction of the factory will be arranged with a construction period of 3 years with a factory life of around 20 years. The factory location is planned in Gresik Regency with a semi-continuous operating system with a raw material capacity of 33,000 tons/year, 20 hours/day, 330 days. The factory planning begins with raw materials in the form of 33,000 tons/year of coconut coir, 356 tons/year of 48% NaOH, and 98% of 3,234 tons/year of H2SO4. Then the products produced were 11,220 tons/year of cellulose, 6,092 tons/year of hemicellulose, and 10,362 tons/year of lignin. Economic analysis on pre-plant design starts with a fixed capital of Rp. 673,969,230,000, with working capital of Rp. 118,935,746,550, total investment Rp. 792,904,976,550, the total production cost of Rp. 459,809,819,744, and the sales proceeds are estimated at Rp. 418,714,134,988/year. Based on the calculation data, the rate of return on capital is 18% above the interest on bank loans, which is 8% with a payback period of 3 years and 11 months, which is smaller than the payback period from the lender, which is 20 years and a break-even point. by 15%.
