Abstract

Grid computing is a distributed system technology that is flexible and offers a number of potentials and benefits including high performance computing, data federation and collaboration, resource allocation and optimization, and many others. Ethernet which is one of the supporting factors continues to change as a cost-effective technology used to create computer clusters, grid networks / campuses, grid clusters and extended multi-side grids. In a grid environment, the situation is even more complex. the distinction between client and server is disappearing, because individual resources act as servers at one time (because they receive requests) and as clients at other times (because request a request to another resource). For example, when we request that the simulation code be run on another computer, we are the client and the other computer is the server, but other times, the code and the same computer act as clients, when they ask requests for our requests to other computers to access the input dataset and to perform additional computations. In a future when computing, data storage and software are no longer objects that we own, but is the utility that we put in, the more successful the research and science community will be where those who manage to effectively implement a suitable grid infrastructure can eventually incorporate development methods and adopt new problem-solving methods into their disciplines
