Abstract

Pencemaran udara oleh kendaraan bermotor di DKI Jakarta telah melampaui batas standar dalam SK Gub. 104112000. Penelitian dilakukan di Jalan MH. Thamrin DKI Jakarta dengan mengambil 3 lokasi yang dianggap dapat mewakili populasi. Pengambilan data primer meliputi jumlah dan jenis kendaraan, konsentrasi polutan serta penyebaran kuesioner pada masyarakat. Metode statistik chi square, t-test dan ANOV A digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data. Dari hasil penelitian tidak ditemukan perbedaan jumlah dan jenis kendaraan secara proporsional pada ketiga lokasi. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel polutan (PM10, CO, S02, dan NO), jumlah kendaraan dan jenis penyakit yang dominan yang pemah diderita oleh masyarakat. V ariabel polutan yang dominan adalah PM1 0, variabel jenis penyakit yang dominan yang pemah diderita oleh masyarakat adalah sesak nafas dan variabel jenis kendaraan yang dominan adalah minibus. Tingkat bahaya resiko di jalan MH. Thamrin DKI Jakarta dapat dikategorikan sebagai High Risk berdasarkan analisis semi kuantitatif dan aspek lingkungan signifikan.

Air pollution caused by vehicles in DKI Jakarta had exceeded the standard in SK. GUB. 104112000. The research was done at Jalan MH. Thamrin DKI Jakarta by sampling in 3 locations which represented the population. Primary data collected consist of number and type of vehicles, pollutant concentration, and interview respondent using questionnaire. Statistical method Chi Square, t-Test and ANOVA were used for data processing and analyzing. The research resulted that difference of number and type of vehicles was not found proportionally at the third location. There was correlation significantly between pollutant variable (PM10, CO, S{h, dan NO), number of vehicles, and kind of diseases. The dominated pollutant variable was PM10, kind of diseases dominated was acute infection in upper bronchial channel and type of vehicles variable dominated was minibus. Degree of dangerous risk at Jln. MH. Thamrin DKI Jakarta could be categorized as High Risk based on quantitative semi analysis and aspect significant analysis.
