Abstract

Dalam upaya mengakselerari peningkatan kompetensi karyawan, PLN meluncurkan Digilearn sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Namun penerapan digital learning kerap mengalami kendala, baik dari segi kesiapan penerimaan teknologi maupun perilaku (behavioral) penggunaannya. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan teknologi Digilearn. Pengujian model penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 karyawan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Dari hasil pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas data menggunakan software smartPLS menunjukkan bahwa data yang digunakan valid dan reliabel yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha maupun Composite Reliability diatas 0,7. Hasil evaluasi outer model menggunakan menu PLS algorithm di smartPLS menunjukkan nilai loading factor setiap konstruk eksogen dengan variabel manifest atau indikatornya diatas 0,7 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model penelitian memiliki outer model yang baik. Selanjutnya hasil evaluasi inner model dengan menggunakan smartPLS juga menunjukkan nilai R-Square (R2) dengan kategori moderat dan bahkan mendekati kuat dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,736 atau sebesar 73,6% variasi dari variabel endogen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel eksogennya. Pengujian hipotesis ini menunjukkan ada 3 (tiga) variabel yang mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan dalam menggunakan Digilearn (Behavioral Intention) yaitu Performance Expectation dengan nilai p-value 0,004, Hedonic Motivation dengan nilai p-value 0,046 dan Habit dengan nilai p-value 0,000. Selain itu ditemukan juga bahwa variabel facilitating Conditions berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap use behavior dengan nilai p-value 0,004. Meski begitu, dari hasil pengujian efek moderasi age, gender dan experience hanya ditemukan pengaruh moderasi usia (age) pada hubungan antara Hedonic Motivation terhadap Behavioral Intention.

In an effort to accelerate employee competency improvement, PLN launched Digilearn as a digital-based learning medium. However, the application of digital learning often experiences problems, both in terms of readiness for technology acceptance and behavior (behavioral) of its use. In this study, researchers used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) to identify the factors that influence the level of acceptance of Digilearn technology. Testing this research model will use the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS software. Researchers used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire to collect data and obtained a total of 84 employees who met the sample criteria. From the results of testing the validity and reliability of the data using the smartPLS software, it shows that the data used is valid and reliable as indicated by the Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values above 0.7. The results of evaluating the outer model using the PLS algorithm menu in smartPLS show the loading factor value for each exogenous construct with manifest variables or indicators above 0.7 so that it can be said that the research model has a good outer model. Furthermore, the evaluation results of the inner model using smartPLS also show that the R-Square (R2) value is in the moderate category and even close to strong with an R2 value of 0.736 or 73.6% of the variation from the endogenous variables can be explained by the exogenous variables. Testing this hypothesis shows that there are 3 (three) variables that affect employees' desire to use Digilearn (Behavioral Intention), namely Performance Expectation with a p-value of 0.004, Hedonic Motivation with a p-value of 0.046 and Habit with a p-value of 0.000. In addition, it was also found that the facilitating Conditions variable had a direct effect on use behavior with a p-value of 0.004. Even so, from the results of testing the moderating effects of age, gender and experience, it was found that only the moderating effect of age on the relationship between Hedonic Motivation and Behavioral Intention.
