Abstract
Saat ini , persaingan usaha tidak lagi dilakukan antar perusahaan tetapi antar rantai pasok. Rantai pasok terdiri dari beberapa pemain misalnya saja seperti supplier, produsen, atau retailer. Oleh karena itu, koordinasi antar pemain menjadi hal yang utama dikembangkan . Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan koordinasi antara produsen dan supplier adalah komitmen dalam bentuk kontrak jangka panjang. Dengan kontrak jangka panjang, produsen akan terjamin pasokannya dengan harga yang relative lebih rendah. Sedangkan supplier mendapatkan kepastian mengenai penjualan yang akan datang sehingga ketidakpastian pada penjadwalan produksi dapat diturunkan . Akan tetapi, penentuan harga kontrak merupakan hal yang tidak mudah karena melibatkan beberapa faktor yang kompleks dalam beberapa tahun ke depan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba untuk memperoleh harga terbaik dari tiga metode, yaitu kontrak harga tetape fixed- price contracts), kontrak harga meningkat ( escalating price contracts), dan kontrak harga referensi ( market price contracts ) (Joskow, 1988). Kemudian dari tiga metode tersebut, simulasi dilakukan dengan beberapa skenario waktu yang berbeda. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah escalating price contracts lebih unggul di semua durasi kontrak

Currently, business competition is no longer conducted between companies but between supply chains. The supply chain consists of several players, for example, suppliers, manufacturers or retailers. Therefore, coordination between players is the main thing to develop. One of the efforts to improve coordination between producers and suppliers is a commitment in the form of a long-term contract. With a long term contract, producers will be assured of supply at relatively lower prices. While suppliers get certainty about future sales so that uncertainty in production scheduling can be reduced. However, determining the contract price is not easy because it involves several complex factors in the next few years. Therefore, this study attempts to obtain the best price from three methods, namely fixed-price contracts, escalating price contracts, and market price contracts (Joskow, 1988). Then from the three methods, the simulation is carried out with several different time scenarios. The result obtained is that escalating price contracts are superior in all contract durations
