Abstract
Salah satu bidang yang dapat memanfaatan inspeksi visual untuk mendukung menjaga
kualitas kertas. Sistem untuk menjaga kualitas kertas melalui visual sering disebut Web
Inspection System (WIS) .Sistem ini menggunakan Image Detection untuk melihat dan
mengklasifikasikan defect dalam kertas. Stereo Vision merupakan suatu cara yang
digunakan untuk mendapatkan citra stereo dari suatu objek menggunakan dua posisi kamera
yang berbeda. Citra stereo didapatkan menggunakan dua kamera yang diletakkan pada
bidang sejajar dengan jarak tertentu.Dengan metode stereo vision maka didapatkan bahwa
deteksi defect pada kertas dengan variasi ukuran defect dan bentuk defect
persegi,segitiga,dan lingkaran dengan ukuran 25 cm,20 cm,dan 15cm memiliki akurasi
sebesar ±80% dan dengan hasil pengukuran jarak dengan dua variasi pengambilan data jarak
dan disparitas yaitu pengambilan jarak minimum dan juga pengambilan jarak dengan variasi
jarak 100 cm,90 cm,80 cm,70 cm,60 cm,50 cm,40 cm didapatkan nilai error rata-rata sebesar
1.088% untuk jarak dan 0.164% untuk nilai disparitas dengan nilai error terkecil pada jarak
100 cm lalu dengan proses perhitungan didapatkan nilai disparitas linear dengan nilai depth
dengan nilai disparitas berbanding lurus dengan nilai depth .

One area that can take advantage of visual inspection is to support maintaining paper
quality. A system to maintain paper quality through visuals is often called a Web Inspection
System (WIS). This system uses Image Detection to view and classify defects in paper. Stereo
Vision is a method used to get a stereo image of an object using two different camera
positions. The stereo image is obtained using two cameras placed in a parallel plane at a
certain distance.With the stereo vision method, it was found that the detection of defects on
paper with variations in the size of the defect and the shape of the defect in squares, triangles,
and circles with sizes of 25 cm, 20 cm, and 15 cm had an accuracy of ±80% and with the
results of distance measurements with two variations of distance data collection. and
disparity, namely taking the minimum distance and also taking distance with variations of
distance 100 cm, 90 cm, 80 cm, 70 cm, 60 cm, 50 cm, 40 cm, the average error value is
1.088% for distance and 0.164% for disparity value. with the smallest error value at a
distance of 100 cm and then with the calculation process the linear disparity value is
obtained with the depth value with the disparity value proportional to the depth value.
