Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) memiliki peran yang besar dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Kontribusi UMKM terhadap PDB juga mencapai 60,5% dan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah 96,9% dari total penyerapan tenaga kerja nasional. Selama dilanda pandemi Covid19, banyak tantangan yang dilalui oleh pelaku UMKM, satu diantaranya adalah pola konsumen yang bergeser dari metode pembelian onsite ke metode online. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Telkomsel berupaya menangkap peluang melalui aplikasi 99%Usahaku, platform marketplace digital yang memberikan solusi untuk UKM yang berfokus pada pinjaman modal kerja, supply chain, dan digitalisasi bisnis. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur utama yang dibagi dalam 5 (lima) pilar, yaitu Pemasokku, Pemodalku, Pemasaranku, Solusiku, dan Inspirasiku. Sebelum kegiatan magang dimulai, kelima pilar yang dimiliki 99%Usahaku masih tersirat dalam aplikasi sehingga pengguna kesuliatan untuk menangkap value yang dibawakan. Dalam kegiatan magang, peningkatan dilakukan dalam visibilitas kelima pilar yang ada dalam aplikasi. Selain itu, pengembangan design mengenai berbagai layanan dalam pilar tersebut juga dilakukan dengan proses tertentu. Beberapa proses yang dilakukan adalah research dalam bentuk findings, comparative analysis, dan audit kepada layanan atau aplikas, perancangan antarmuka dalam versi mobile dan desktop, review dan penyesuian yang dilakukan dari mentor, business user, dan tim product, hingga audit dari aplikasi buatan developer berdasarkan figma(tool design kolaboratif yang digunakan dalam proses peracncangan antarmuka). Diharapkan dengan rancangan antarmuka baru dapat memberikan kenyamana pada pengalaman yang didapat oleh pengguna.

Small Medium Enterprises(SME) have important role on economic growth in Indonesia. The contribution to GDP reaches 60.5% and have 98.9% from national employment absorption. During the Covid19 pandemic, there are a lot of challenges faced by SME, one of them was the pattern of consumers shifting from the onsite purchasing method to the online method. From those condition, Telkomsel seeks to catch the opportunities through the 99%Usahaku application, a digital marketplace platform that provides solutions for SMEs that focus on working capital loans, supply chain and business digitalization. This application has 5 (five) main features namely Pilar Pemasokku, Pilar Pemodalku, Pilar Pemasaranku, Pilar Solusiku, dan Pilar Inspirasiku. Before the internship started, the five pillars or main features that owned by 99% were implicit in the application so that users had difficult to capture the value that was presented. During the internship, the improvement was made to increase the visibility of the five pillars in the application. In addition, design development regarding various services in these pillars is also carried out with a certain process. Those are researchs in the form of findings, comparative analysis, and audits of services or applications, interface design in mobile and desktop versions, reviews and adjustments made by mentors, business users, and product teams, to audits of applications made by developers based on figma (a collaborative design tool used in the interface design process). It is hoped that the new interface design can provide comfort to the experience obtained by users.
