Abstract

Desain S1RST(Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Terpadu) berbasis SOA merupakan hasil restrukturisasi SIRST versi I dengan menambahkan SOA sebagai arsitektur aplikasi. SOA dapat memberikan standard komunikasi data dan informasi modul-modul dalam SIRST berbasis SOA. Akibatnya, dalam pembangunan SIRST berbasis SOA menjadi kompleks, karena harus menciptakan standard komunikasi yang memiliki daya interoperabilitas dan skalabilitas. Kemampuan ini dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit yang memiliki sifat tumbuh kembang. Pembangunan SIRST berbasis SOA modul Apotek diawali dengan melakukan pemahaman terhadap dokumen SKPL, DPPL dan framework dari SIRST versi 2. Kemudian masuk ke tahap pembangunan modul Apotek, dimulai dengan melakukan code convention,. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan database, pembuatan form(antarmuka) dan pembuatan servis (ambil, ubah dan tambah data). Pada saat yang sama juga dilakukan pengujian terhadap database dan fungsi-fungsinya. Setelah itu dilakukan integrasi dan validasi dengan modul-modul SIRST versi 2 lainnya. Dilanjutkan dengan uji coba purwarupa dan diakhiri dengan pendokumentasian kode program. Hasil yang diharapkan dari tugas akhir ini adalah mendemonstrasikan SIRST berbasis SOA yang dibangun dengan arsitektur SOA dan memiliki sifat tumbuh kembang serta terintegrasi dengan modul-modul SIRST berbasis SOA lainnya

The SOA-based S1RST (Integrated Hospital Information System) design is the result of the restructuring of SIRST version I by adding SOA as an application architecture. SOA can provide standard data communication and information modules in SOA-based SIRST. As a result, the development of SOA-based SIRST becomes complex, because it must create communication standards that have interoperability and scalability. This ability is needed to create a Hospital Information System that has the nature of growth and development. The SOA-based SIRST development of the Pharmacy module begins with an understanding of the SKPL, DPPL and framework documents from SIRST version 2. Then enter the development stage of the Pharmacy module, starting with code convention. Furthermore, database creation, form (interface) creation and service creation (retrieve, modify and add data). At the same time testing of the database and its functions was also carried out. After that, integration and validation was carried out with other SIRST version 2 modules. Followed by prototype trials and ended with documenting the program code. The expected outcome of this final project is to demonstrate SOA-based SIRST that is built on SOA architecture and has the nature of growth and development and is integrated with other SOA-based SIRST modules.
