Abstract

Demi mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keproduktifannya, tentunya banyak perusahaan yang senantiasa melakukan analisis kinerja baik dari fasilitas dermaga, alat pembongkarmuatan, maupun sarana dan prasarananya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Pelabuhan Cigading PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera juga perlu melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja fasilitas bongkar muat dikarenakan Pelabuhan Cigading terus mengalami peningkatan arus kedatangan kapal dan arus muatan bongkar muat dari tahun ke tahunnya. Pada saat ini, utilitas fasilitas dermaga dalam kategori baik, dimana Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) masih dibawah standar yang berlaku di perusahaan. Dari kondisi eksisting saat ini, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan peramalan untuk 10 tahun mendatang, dan didapatkan Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) sebesar 94%. Dalam hal ini, Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) yang didapatkan dikategorikan kurang baik karena sudah melebihi standar yang berlaku di perusahaan. Dari hasil yang ada, tentunya perlu dilakukan evaluasi dari faktor penyebab penurunan kinerja fasilitas yang ada pada Pelabuhan Cigading PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera. Dengan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis, didapatkan probabilitas basic event terbesar yakni kurangnya panjang dermaga yang memadai. Kemudian, hasil Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) tersebut dijadikan acuan sebagai bentuk pengembangan pelabuhan untuk peningkatan keproduktifan dalam kegiatan bongkar muat. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan software ARENA dalam pemodelan simulasinya. Dari hasil yang telah didapatkan, skenario pengembangan yang perlu dilakukan adalah penambahan tambatan dengan memperhatikan Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) yang dihasilkan, yakni dibawah standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, skenario terbaik yang dapat dipilih ialah skenario 5 dengan BOR yang didapatkan adalah 58%.

In order to maintain and increase the productivity, companies always conduct to analyze the performance, both from the port facilities, loading and unloading equipment, and the infrastructure. Based on that statement, Cigading Port PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera needs to to be analyzed and evaluated, due to the increased of the ship arrivals and cargo payload quite significant. Currently, the port utilities is in the good category, where the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) is still below the applicable standards from the company. From the current existing conditions, forecasts were made for the next ten years, and the result of BOR is 94%. In this case, BOR was categorized as not good because it exceeds the standards that apply in the company. From the results, it is necessary to evaluate the factors causing the decline of the port performance at Cigading Port of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera. By using the Fault Tree Analysis method, the biggest basic event probability is obtained, it is the lack of sufficient pier length. Then, the results of the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) are used as a reference as a port development to increase productivity in loading and unloading activities. The development is carried out with the ARENA software in its simulation modeling. From the results that have been obtained, the development that needs to be carried out is the addition of berths by make sure that the result of Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) is below the applicable standards. Therefore, the best scenario that can be chosen is scenario 5 with the BOR is 58%.
