Abstract

PT. XYZ sangat terpukul karena adanya kenaikan harga minyak mentah yang naik signifikan di Bulan Maret 2022. Ketegangan geopolitik memicu harga minyak mentah melonjak hingga lebih dari US$100 per barel dibandingkan tahun 2021. Hal ini menyebabkan EBITDA Q1 2022 turun hingga 83% dibandingkan tahun 2021, sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan berbasis teknologi digital 4.0. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas strategi yang berkaitan dengan sistem manajemen kinerja. Proses pengolahan data dimulai dari tahap pemetaan bisnis menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) kondisi saat ini yang kemudian peningkatan nilai INDI 4.0 dan meredesain BMC, mengintegrasikan BMC ke dalam Balanced Scorecard (BSC) melalui expert judgement dengan wawancara semi struktur. Investasi biaya transformasi digital merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering akan diperdebatkan, di satu sisi akan menghasilkan banyak keuntungan, di sisi lain memerlukan biaya besar untuk investasi, sehingga menyebabkan tertundanya dan keengganan banyak perusahaan melakukan transformasi digital. Manajemen puncak perlu mempertimbangkan mengenai investasi dan membuat sebuah roadmap dan rancangan strategi manajemen kinerja yang sejalan dengan visi misi perusahaan berdasarkan pain point prioritas dari masing-masing perusahaan dalam hal ini metode business model canvas dan balanced scorecard bisa menjadi rujukan untuk semua sektor industri terlebih untuk sektor industri kimia. Sistem manajemen kinerja yang sesuai dengan usulan analisis penelitian, yaitu pemetaan bisnis dengan BMC dan peningkatan nilai INDI 4.0 dari 3.07 menjadi 4.0 dengan mengintegrasikan BMC ke dalam Balanced Scorecard (BSC). menciptakan efisiensi 3 juta dolar untuk perusahaan PT. XYZ.

PT. XYZ was hit hard by the increase in crude oil prices which increased significantly in March 2022. Geopolitical tensions caused crude oil prices to jump more than US$100 per barrels compared to 2021. This caused Q1 2022 EBITDA to drop by 83% compared to 2021, hence a strategy is needed to improve the performance of companies based on digital technology 4.0. In this study will discuss strategies related to the performance management system. The data processing process starts from the business mapping stage using Business Model Canvas (BMC) current state which later INDI 4.0 improvisation and redesigned BMC, integrating BMC into Balanced Scorecard (BSC) through expert judgment with semi-structured interviews. Digital transformation costs investment is one of the issues that will often be debated, on one side it will generate many benefits, on the other hand it requires large investment costs, causing delays and the reluctance of many companies to carry out digital transformation. Top management needs to consider the investment and make an investment roadmap and design a performance management strategy that is in line with the company's vision and mission based pain point priority of each company. In this business model canvas and balanced scorecard method can be a reference for all industrial sectors, especially for the chemical industry sector. Performance management system is in accordance with the proposed research analysis, namely mapping the business with BMC and increasing the value of INDI 4.0 from 3.07 to 4.0 by integrating BMC into Balanced Scorecard (BSC) created a 3 million dollars efficiency for the PT. XYZ.
