Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang kian maju mendorong peningkatan angka ketergantungan terhadap produk-produk migas baik skala kecil maupun besar, baik penggunaan secara pribadi maupun kepentingan industri. Menurut International Energy Agency-IEA (2008), hingga tahun 2030 sekitar 80% kebutuhan energi dunia dipasok dari bahan bakar fosil yaitu minyak bumi dan gas. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkannya anjungan jacket platform untuk proses eksploitasi. Jacket platform hingga kini masih mendominasi perairan Indonesia, pasalnya karakteristik gelombang yang terbilang rendah kian menguatkan engginer untuk menyepakati Jacket platfrom menjadi Offshore Structure yang tepat bagi perairan Indonesia. Meski karakteristik gelombang terbilang rendah, analisa kelelahan struktur tidak dapat dianggap remeh. Keretakan kecil dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap struktur. Analisa dilakukan pada MBH Wellhead Platform milik Husky-CNOOC Madura Ltd. Pemodelan dan analisa penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan software SACS. Analisa dilakukan dengan memvariasi bracing pada struktur MBH juga dilakukan variasi tiga data tanah untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap umur kelelahan struktur. Dalam melakukan analisa kelelahan dilakukan dengan metode deterministic fatigue.

The development of increasingly advanced technology encourages an increase in the number of dependence on oil and gas products, both small and large scale, both for personal use and industrial interests. According to the International Energy Agency-IEA (2008), by 2030 around 80% of the world's energy needs will be supplied from fossil fuels, namely oil and gas. Therefore, a jacket platform platform is needed for the exploitation process. The jacket platform still dominates Indonesian waters, because the relatively low wave characteristics have strengthened engineers to agree on the Jacket platform to be the right Offshore Structure for Indonesian waters. Although the wave characteristics are relatively low, the structural fatigue analysis cannot be underestimated. Small cracks can have a big impact on a structure. The analysis was carried out on the MBH Wellhead Platform owned by Husky-CNOOC Madura Ltd. The modeling and analysis of this research was carried out with the help of SACS software. The analysis was carried out by varying the bracing on the MBH structure and also varying the three soil data to determine the effect on the fatigue life of the structure. In doing fatigue analysis, it is done by deterministic fatigue method.
