Abstract
Confined space adalah ruangan yang cukup luas dan memiliki konfigurasi sedemikian rupa sehingga pekerja dapat masuk dan melakukan pekerjaan didalamnya. Pada proses reparasi kapal kegiatan hot working merupakan salah satu jenis kegiatan yang umum dilakukan dan tak jarang berada di confined space. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan melakukan penilaian risiko pada hot working di confined space pada proses reparasi kapal LPG tanker sehingga mendapatkan bahaya yang dominan, mendapatkan penyebab dan konsekuensi dari bahaya dominan tersebut, serta dapat mengetahui pengendalian risiko pengendalian risiko dominan yang tepat. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan identifikasi karakteristik confined space pada kapal dengan dikelompokkan kedalam 7 kategori risiko dari confined space. Kemudian dilakukan Identifikasi risiko dengan menjelaskan komponen-komponen dari suatu risiko, diantaranya: jenis bahaya, pekerjaan yang berbahaya, peristiwa yang berbahaya dan konsekuensi yang dapat terjadi. Setelah itu dilakukan penilaian risiko awal untuk hot working di confined space pada reparasi kapal disajikan dalam bentuk matriks. Kemudian dilakukan pengendalian risiko dan penilaian ulang dengan meneruskan matriks yang sebelumnya telah dibuat. Pada tahap akhir dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode bowtie guna menganalisis penyebab, dampak, serta kendali dari risiko tersebut.

assessments in hot working in confined spaces in the LPG tanker ship repair process so that the dominant hazards are found, the causes and consequences of these dominant hazards are identified, and the dominant risk controls are identified. appropriate. This study begins with the identification of the characteristics of confined space on ships by grouping them into 7 risk categories of confined space. Then carry out risk identification by explaining the components of a risk, including: types of hazards, dangerous work, dangerous events and the consequences that can occur. After that, an initial risk assessment was carried out for hot working in confined spaces on ship repairs presented in matrix form. Then, risk control and reassessment is carried out by continuing the previously made matrix. In the final stage, an analysis is carried out using the bowtie method to analyze the causes, impacts, and controls of these risks.
